Had a representative of his company come by to see a list of repairs I wanted done. I got an earful of how great they were and how quickly they would get back with me with an estimate. I waited 2 days and contacted chase for an estimate and timeframe to start. I got a response "been busy, have that for you tomorrow". It never came. I contacted again 4 days later twice without a response. Totally blew me off. Very unprofessional. If you don't want to do the work then say it, what a waste of time contacting Chase. read more
