When I requested a quote, the owner came out personally with his 7-year-old son, which immediately spoke volumes about his character and family values. After getting multiple estimates, Integrity was by far the most honest and straightforward company I dealt with. There were no sales tactics, no pressure, and no inflated pricing, just a fair, reasonable quote and honest answers to every question I had. What impressed me even more was their work ethic. They actually showed up a day earlier than scheduled to get started, which is almost unheard of these days. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and the finished fence looks amazing. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. Sean came out in 3 days and removed the old toilet, wax ring and found a broken keeper ring. He had to drill new holes for the new keeper ring which was the culprit to start with. He installed the new wax ring and the toilet and added our Bidet in just a few hours. I can not speak to highly of Sean his attitude and work ethic is wonderful. I reached out once again and called him directly. We spoke and we made a plan on moving forward, but again, he never called me back. If you don't want to take my job, I understand. But it's unprofessional to not even bother to call me back...twice. I was left hanging and lost several weeks on the project waiting. I've moved on but would not recommend this company.
