So this is the 3rd time we have used Sean aka PhoenixFixes Handyman. We had a toilet that was…read moreleaking from the base. Sean came out in 3 days and removed the old toilet, wax ring and found a broken keeper ring. He had to drill new holes for the new keeper ring which was the culprit to start with. He installed the new wax ring and the toilet and added our Bidet in just a few hours. I can not speak to highly of Sean his attitude and work ethic is wonderful.
