This place was so delicious. It is run a bit different than a normal buffet you do go to towards the kitchen in order to place your order and they do bring it to you. But it's unlimited. They have soups and all kinds of different Mexican food and different specials each day. I'm so stuffed and I felt everything tasted delicious. I saw a review someone mentioned that the food is microwaved or they microwave personally I didn't see a microwave, but I also wasn't looking and it tasted good did not taste microwave to me. The carne asada tasted delicious. Honestly I think this place is amazing and can definitely come back again. I remember driving by the old metro center and seeing this place and thinking man this place sounds great. I just never had the chance to stop by. I found myself starving, exhausted from a day at the Mayo Clinic and ready to eat. The lightbulb in my head came on and I remembered this place. The food was phenomenal, the beans and rice, the shrimp tacos, the flautas, the green chicken enchiladas, the guacamole, and the churros. We were very happy with almost everything we ordered. I also love that it is smaller portions because we were able to try lots of different things, but we were also able to get a lot at once if we wanted to. The service was excellent.
