The severe lack of good customer service here among the staff that work at this particular location on this August 10th, is the worst I've ever experienced. They have many creative items of all sorts for Team Projects, School Projects, Office Projects, Community Projects, Holiday items , Sports items... massive store. **Extremely disappointing experience.**…read more This was my second consecutive bad experience at Hobby Lobby, but yesterday (8/26 around 5 PM) was the final straw. We were checked out by an employee named Oscar M, whose attitude made us feel extremely unwelcome. He rolled his eyes, shook his head, and acted as though assisting us was an inconvenience. We spent **over $200** at the store, but honestly, the experience was so unpleasant that we are now considering returning everything for a full refund. All of the items are still sitting in the bags at home. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of how much they're purchasing. It's incredibly disappointing to spend that kind of money somewhere and leave feeling unwelcome. Hobby Lobby needs to seriously address its customer service.

Well that's how we felt... they were literally an arm away from us.... They definitely missed their "customer service training" They were just chatting.... so annoying!!! If they have cameras... I wish the owners, or management, would look at the footage from today. They can make this a case study and see who are the type of people their crew members say HI to. 2 stars for what? 1. Jen ( not part of the snob crew ) finally helped us out... although she didn't greet us either when she saw us initially.... she helped the moment I tapped her shoulder 2. my daughter found the pair of slip-ons she liked I definitely won't buy from this store again... This store recently opened in November and I love that it's still a great homage to skating. The apparel is plentiful and fresh, and the shoes are fabulous! The store associates made the experience that much better as they were sure to greet and assist as needed. I'm so happy that Vans made it to Oak Brook, and I will continue to patronize them.

The racks of clothing are too close together; it was almost impossible to navigate with a stroller or have 2 people in the same aisle at once. There is a separate room with books, games, and toys that is easier to walk through. I didn't see many of the brands others mentioned . It was a lot of Carter's and Cat & Jack stuff and mostly in fair to good condition. I did pick out a baby Gap sweater for $6, but when I went to pay, the credit card machine wasn't working. The woman who was working was very kind, but claimed that her machine didn't process cards with chips. The store does accept debit and credit cards, but my debit card with a chip seemed to pose a very puzzling problem. I considered going to the ATM next door, but hesitated bringing my baby into a vape shop. That just seemed weird. So I left the sweater behind.

Hey fellow Yelpers! I've been to this Target location many times and it's a pretty good location…read morewith friendly staff, good inventory, & good clearance (it's hit or miss). Customer Service: The staff are usually friendly and welcoming. The return/exchange area is located on the left side of the store, so if you need to do returns/exchanges or pick up online orders, I recommend parking on the left side of the store. The right side of the store has the food & makeup section. The left side of the store has the sports, electronics, & Bulleye's Playground ($1+ section). Bathroom: The bathroom is located in the front of the store. Every time I've gone to this Target, the bathroom is always clean and smells like lemon. I'm not sure how frequent they clean the bathrooms, but I love it. Merchandise: This Target location has good inventory. There's almost a clearance section in every section of the store. The clearance section has a yellow sign that says "Clearance" so you can't miss them. The clearance is hit or miss. I've found some good clothing on clearance for the most part. Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a good shopping experience at Target. The staff are usually friendly, good inventory, & great deals every so often. I hope this review helps Target in the Bedford Park location, Target in general, & its current and future customers. Have an amazing day!
