I have gotten Halloween costumes from here for the past two years, and a great amount of my everyday wardrobe came from this store. If you are ever in the need for knee high patent leather stiletto boots, or a silver studded belt ( I have three of them), or anything of this nature, this is the place to shop. And I am very excited because very soon they will be opening another shop in the Westfield Shopping Town (Formerly known as Chicago Ridge Mall), which is much closer to home. If you plan on making a purchase online, I suggest going to the store first (and buying from there instead, actually) because you can see what you're actually buying, also you save shipping charges ($8-10) unless you're spending over $100 (not including tax). Also, if the item happens to be out-of-stock at the location and you need to place an order through the store, the shipping charge is waived. How perfect is that! Most importantly, there was a special sale going on at the store that wasn't going on online. Anyway, I placed an order on Monday, March 5th (Miller bag in Mocha Rouge) and my order arrived at home on Friday, March 9th. After five minutes, I finally ask the cashier if it's all one line, she says yes. Why couldn't she tell me that out of her peripheral vision? Or ask me if I needed help with something? I'm not God's gift to the world, but I work customer service and if I see a person standing outside of the line, I'd at least acknowledge them. So then, I have to go to the back of this long line and wait 15 more minutes because of an online order that I should have been able to pick up and go in at least five minutes.
