I had a great experience at this Old Navy location! The store is very clean and they have a smooth process set-up for curbside pick-up orders. I've been in here multiple times actually and everyone has been very kind to me. There's a bunch of social distancing reminders and everyone was wearing their masks properly. Recently, I stopped in here to return a pair of jean shorts I bought online that were too big. The associate at the register greeted me with a huge smile and was so easy to talk to. The line moved very quickly and the return was very simple. Additionally, Old Navy has had it ALL recently. From jean shorts to swim suits to linen pants, I've found so many awesome items here. Not to mention the affordable prices! Between in-store options and online special offers, you can really find some good stuff to spoilt yourself here for summer. They also have comfortable lightweight cotton masks that you can get in a 5 pack in plain black or a variety of colors. I got a more colorful set of masks and I get compliments on them all the time. Overall, this spot has great customer service, a tidy-full selection, and parking is plentiful. I recommend this location if you're needing to get something for yourself or even a gift! read more

This store is always kept clean and organized, even their sale section. Not only that, but the employees here are extremely well trained and kind. They always go above and beyond to be a sweet person. The store selection for guys is becoming noticeable limited but still the items are worth shopping for the price point. This place is great! Nice selection and the price are reasonable. My kids get probably half of their wardrobe there. I love their price especially when they are on sale. Everything here fits me nicely. My girlfriend brought me here. They definitely have a much better selection of clothes than most of the other Old Navys I've been too. Staff is definitely friendly and helpful. Stuff on clearance is really great too for the most part. Check out lines we're kind of long. read more

I really hate schizophrenia promotions, where you order something online and when you choose store pickup it is entirely a different price than online. That is what happened with this location I am just not picking up the order due to a discrepancy in price, and the online customer service will not help because they defer it to the store, ridiculous af. read more

I was just around the area when I decided to go inside the Old Navy. I heard that this store is nice. So when I got inside I must agree because I observe that it is spacious and well organized. There were pretty much a lot of people than I expected but I do care less and just decided to shop on my own. The store is full of reminders about social distancing which is great because even though there are many people I feel safe. There were bunch of items that for some reason I had a difficulty of choosing which I will buy because everything is just nice. I had a great time fitting clothes in the dressing room, it was clean and what I am happy about is that no one disturbed me when I was fitting. I also love this staff who is friendly and helpful assisting me on the size that I wanted for a certain jeans. Also, because there were a lot of clothes to choose on I also had a time to choose and buy clothes for the family. When I finished, I had a bunch of clothes and me and I was a bit disappointed because the line was a bit long and I had to wait for about 20 minutes until I paid everything. I am definitely a fan of this Old Navy location vs the Oak Brook location. This location tends to have more product available on the floor, and is much neater. The staff is definitely more pleasant, and they have no problem assisting you. The clearance section in this location is definitely more organized than the suburban location. I especially like Old Navy for uniforms, as my daughter has to wear uniforms at school. I was able to get a lot of uniforms for a great price during the back to school rush. I couldn't believe that they actually had a lot of clothes available, especially since the district just recently changed requiring that students wear uniforms. Dressing rooms are clean and you don't have to wait around for an attendant to let you use the rooms. I pretty much only go to the Oak Brook location if I *have* to go there (meaning this location is out of what I'm looking for and need right away). read more

Well organized store, in to the right for women's, in to the left for men's. Keep an open eye out- clearance deals are scattered throughout the store, some in bigger chunks than others. They had one clearance section that was the tiniest cramped aisle, which annoyed me. Two people was one person too many to look through clothes! I'd never experienced that with this location, or any other. I hope its not a permanent fixture!! read more

i called up to this location cuz the store in oak park was no good. i told the lady the specific shirt i was lookin 4 and she put me on hold while she looked 4 it. they had it & she put it on hold 4 me til that nite. i got there & my shirt was ready 4 me. they were super nice & gave great customer service! thats how it should be when u go into stores but u hardly get it so i really appreciate it when i do receive great customer service! read more
