They didn't greet us or even say anything to us, and the one young girl who was working helped a young girl find a Panic at the Disco! shirt, and she seemed so annoyed when she walked her to the back of the store. After "helping" the young girl, the employee literally brushed right past me and did not even say one word to me. Nice way to treat customers, apparently they pretend we are invisible. If you want to buy band shirts, this is your place to go, but don't expect the employees to really help you. Anytime you ever ask if they have more of a size in the back, they say no because all of what they have is out on the floor... Also, most of the time, they won't even say that they can check another location for you or that they can call you when they get more in, instead, they just walk away from you. Very annoying location, but since this store caters to teenagers, teenagers usually don't give a crap about customer service.

Sometimes the stores in disarray like a hurricane happened but the workers are always friendly and outgoing and ready to help you. It's clean and organized and I never have any trouble navigating through the aisles. I'm never walking on anything that someone left on the floor and it never seems like I'm on top of anyone.  And every time I'm here I always find something to take home but who doesn't . Everyone is friendly and is keeping everything clean. The cash registers are wiped down and all the employees are wearing masks.

I got a Karl Lagerfeld work blazer, a Marc blouse and an Anne Klein blouse - all are well-made and very expensive looking - for under $20! I got a bunch of other stuff too - some brands I have never heard of - but it's great to find some really nice work clothes and have people compliment you and know you got a steal! I went there yesterday with $150 in my pocket, I. E., It was for my birthday and I came out with a big old bag full of wonderful new clothes. The only thing I could not find and maybe it was because I didn't look as well as I should were PJs. I did find some robes though. I found the purses were a bit on the high side.
