We started with one salesman who needed to leave and then turned over to another, so since we were first online and had to wait because there were 6 people and only 2 salesmen. One salesman spent time with a young girl and sat with her for a while while we were handed boxes. The service was awful, and I noticed two people left because they had no assistance. We have purchased from here numerous times and would have left if I didn't have my cash points. We will no longer shop at this store. Service is now here--try it on and put the shoes you don't want nicely back in the box. Add but pay $$. You really need to bring your customer service back.

I went back, purchased the bag and when my husband went to return it 48 hours later he was informed there is a no return policy. I was never informed of this policy; in fact I had been told almost the exact opposite. I emailed the manager, who refused to help at all other than issue a store credit, which I have no use or desire for. This is simply not an acceptable business practice. Any other company - especially when dealing with larger transactions - is very transparent in their practices. I will never deal with these people again. Recommend you don't either.

They guided me to something as close as possible to what I was looking for, put it together for me, packaged it even threw in some stickers. When we picked up the board later they were really welcoming and offered their services in such a nice way in the case there was a problem with our purchase. Went there all excited and happy only to come out with the worst experience. The elderly lady working there is very bad mannered (she used to work at a different store and was very ill mannered there as well).
