I'm assuming sandwich was made and left to fulfill other orders placed after us. I did complain and sandwich was remade but customer service is just as important. No guest should be less important than the next. This negative experience has most likely lost a customer from ever returning again.

Our server let us know the restaurant closed within the last year and that there were hopes to reopen or expand the business in the future.

We were fortunate enough to be helped by the son this evening and he gave us a run down of the "new to us" business. They have a drive thru that you can order at and pick up at their take out window. You can also use their website to order ahead and pick up at the window as well. They appear to have picnic tables to enjoy your meal in nicer weather, and they may or may not have indoor seating once this pandemic is over. They have specials most nights of the week that are geared toward families and a lot of them are Italian items. If you like Italian, they were a really good value. They have a Friday fish fry that we're eager to try. All food is cooked to order, so if you're less than patient, I'd recommend ordering about 15 minutes before you want to pick up. For us, if we're getting fresh, made to order food, we don't mind the wait one bit! We selected a variety of items, to sample as much of the menu as we could. The burgers were great! Juicy and nicely charred. We got the ribbon fries and regular fries - both were generous portions and cooked well. Our only suggestion would be to season both items out of the fryer, as we had to add some salt at home. We also tried their chicken fingers which are fresh battered and fried to order. The portion size wasn't as generous as everything else we got, but it will not stop us from ordering them again, they were really good. Overall, it was very good food at a very reasonable price. It's definitely nice to have a drive thru style restaurant in this area, especially during this lovely pandemic. The customer service was great too.
