They do not advertise it as 100% gluten-free because there is not a dedicated gluten-free prep area, but they clearly label it as gluten-friendly and explain the cross-contamination risk, which I respect. That being said, the staff went out of their way to be careful. They changed gloves and used fresh, clean utensils to help reduce the risk as much as possible. I ate the gluten-friendly pizza over the course of a couple of days and had no ill effects, even though I am very sensitive to gluten. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. They also accept Apple Pay, which is always convenient, and from the looks of it, they have a rewards system as well. I highly recommend The Arena, and if I am ever driving through the area again, I will definitely eat there again.

For a place selling takeout desserts, basic things like lid security and portion control really matter. I hope this was just a one-time oversight.
