The deli case for the subs does not get cleaned and is constantly freezing and thawing. No associate within the deli washes there hands before/during or after handling raw chicken/hamburger. Or even at the start or during there shift. The cheese case (on the sales floor) many of the product is expired by a few months to weeks to days. Along with some product the expiration date is crossed off. (Go check for your self). I know this was I used to be an associate until I walked out.
