I ordered food for me and my daughter, a half pound of shrimp, and 2 lbs of crawfish. They were supposed to be separate bags. Apparently the cook put her shrimp in my bag and gave us the half lb of shrimp, as well. I hadn't opened my bag yet, the server asked if she could take my food back, remove the shrimp and return it. I'm appalled at that question, you want to take my food to the back remove from it and give it back to me? I asked for a refund and left. This place is ridiculous, the servers do not care for the customers if they stay or go. The attitude is cool get your money and get out, no apologies for the mistake on their end. Got to-go tonight and unfortunately won't be going back again. Had the bourbon chicken pasta, side salad, and tried the banana pudding and Keylime pie. A great place to order fried seafood. When you first come in you go to the register and place your order. They give you a number and then find an table. There's a few options of fried and pan cooked seafood, po boy sandwiches, and gumbo. We were a large party and there was accommodation to fit 10 people and kids. There's paper towel rolls on the table and a condiment table. The food arrives fairly quickly but we were there during a not busy time. We definitely return if we're in the area. read more

BYOB!! This place is now BYOB. You can bring in your alcohol and the restaurant provides the set up. Order at the counter then find a seat. Staff is great about offering suggestions/recommendations. Restaurant is always clean. Your food is brought out to your table. The flavors on the boiled seafood is some of the best I've found. I have visited several times and the flavor is consistent. I would not go back. They do a lot of advertising on social media, but it doesn't match the experience. We arrived place totally empty. Shrimp quality, not great crawfish quality and seasoning not great for both items. They advertise free beer, etc. but they don't have it available not a dealbreaker, but I came for the food and it wasn't up to par. I'm not a complainer, but I'm honest they can do better. Not at all a place I can recommend. The good reviews I read on yelp brought us here, but food quality was so poor we are never coming back. Fried catfish had 0 flavor and accompanied by green beans and potatoes that had to come straight out of a can! The boiled shrimp was so small it took forever to get the shell off. The taste of the Cajun sauce was more like ketchup than anything else. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for, I guess. Don't waste your money. Try another place! read more

We went to this restaurant at 8:40p on Sat. There were 5 of in our group. We all ordered food and teas to drink. Our food had not even come out and the teenagers who seem to run the place (no adult present) poured out the tea as if they were closed. Posted hours are open til 9:30p. I brought it up staff attention just we would like a refill of tea. They didn't apologize and had terrible attitudes. I told them they could at least refund the teas since we weren't going to be able to have any tea. They refused. It's a shame bc we usually enjoyed this place. The place needs some adult management. We have gotten inconsistent results when asked to not make the fried food with the spice they use for my daughter. Stomach pains with just a little spice food. They did it a few times and the last time they didn't. They did not correct it and she couldn't eat what the family ate. Have been a couple times since moving to the area. Servers are never really an issue. We get that young people take these jobs. It's a learning experience. Food - not so great! Each time we've gone we get a variety and share. Grease must be old each time.... I don't think the price is horrible but the food should be better. Place is decent in the inside. It was my first time coming to this place. When you enter you do have to order right there and then. We order the French quarter plate and then shrimp with snow crab legs with the full house! Came here for the first time yesterday. The staff was friendly and they give out complimentary alcohol beer michelob ultra or something else forgot the second. They also have 2 margarita flavors. The alcohol cups are small plastic a red solo cup is bigger than the ones they use. The crawfish were mainly medium small. The heat seemed more like mild instead of extra spicy. Full house blend didnt taste much different then a Cajun flavor. Will I be back? Most likely not cause I wasn't all that impressed. I came to get crawfish and luckily they were open earlier than just opening at 4 pm like some of the smaller spots. The service was great. The flavor of the crawfish were great and they had a lot of different options. When I called I asked if they were a good size and they responded with yes. The sizes weren't bad when I got home with them but a majority were still on the smaller side. With a few bigger ones mixed in that I would consider "decent". But that could also be because it's still a little early in the season. Almost half of the ones I went to break the tails off of were soft and squishy so idk. I have gotten sick off of ones like that before so I just tossed them instead of giving it a chance to get me sick. I'm not saying I would never get crawfish here but maybe later in the season? This place used to be amazing when it first opened. Actually for the year following it stayed that way. They had amazing fried white fish. It was our go to whenever my family craved a good seafood dinner. We recently visited and were ALL extremely disappointed. The dinners got to our table wayyy to fast to be freshly made. If it were my guess, they are being pre made and sitting under a heat lamp or at least that is what it seems. The fried white fish was flimsy, and barely had a batter on it. The fries felt like cold fries you would get from a bad fast food place. I thought that maybe their beignets would make up for a really bad meal. But even those were fried biscuits with powdered sugar sprinkled over the top. Not even sweet. I will no longer return. For the price we paid for three people to eat, we can go to other seafood places and have a great meal. Super disappointed. read more

Had heard such great things about this place, finally made it in, and left in great disappointment. The food was cooked well, however the seasoning and condiments were lack-luster. What killed it for myself and sister was that Everything was just Sweet. It seemed there is an aversion to salt, pepper, or a little spice making the entire meal sickly-sweet. Then, the drinks. I'm concerned with what's happening there. Is it not being cleaned regularly? I tried different drinks-water, Dr Pepper, and Lemonade. All had a flavor that can only be described as "off", a hint of flavor that is not normal for any fountain drink. Last, minor issue, we had to wipe down our table that had been clear for a while before we ever sat down. Food and stuff left behind. Won't be going back, sadly. It's been my go to since I moved here literally just before Hurricane Harvey hit and no matter what EVEN through the storm they've always been consistently great in customer service, quality food, and a great experience.
