I had my two front windows tinted here at 35% which is MD state law. The display in their lobby was…read morelabeled "legal". I said I want it legal. Even my receipt said 35%. This means it should test at 35%. They are supposed to account for the tint in the factory windows. When I got my car inspected my tint was 31%. This caused my car to fail inspection. So I went back and all they would do is take it off. They would not replace their product with the correct tint and fix their mistake. Now I have to pay again to have my windows tinted correctly. This is simply my honest experience. I do not recommend. They respond to all complaints in a very defensive and condescending manner. They aim to discredit the customer when they have made a mistake. They have a history of not being honorable when anyone complains. Response- Why on earth would I make this up or lie? I never said you were being deceitful. You guys simply made a mistake which you are unable to admit to. You jump to a defensive posture and make false allegations against me. You resort to insults. At no point was I insulting towards you, but you can't help but react emotionally. Being in business for 28 years does not make you immune to mistakes. I'm not going to call you as you suggested. You had an opportunity to do the right thing but chose not to. So now I'm going to share my honest experience which is my right as a consumer.

I really didn't want to complain because the young man that did the detail was so nice and professional but for what I paid, I wanted the issues corrected. I called the office and spoke to Katie. I explained my dilemma and she immediately asked when I was available for someone to come back out. Katie was so nice and assured me everything would be taken care of. She scheduled an appointment to have a tech named Craig come inspect my vehicle. My mind was put at ease after we talked. Craig came out a week later to look into the things I wasn't pleased with. I showed him what I wasn't happy with. He explained to me that even though I pointed out what my issues were that he was going to do a full inspection to make sure he didn't see anything else the previous tech missed. I was impressed by that because I would have expected him to correct the things I wasn't happy with and call it a day. Craig was very thorough. He redid the items I had an issue with, wiped down the entire vehicle, including the tires/rims and put more tire polish on. He cleaned my dull headlights and made them look so much better as an added bonus for the inconvenience. I was so impressed and appreciative. They looked so much better. Craig went above and beyond and I was very pleased with with the finished product. I tried to tip him several times and he refused. I totally appreciate the effort that was put in to making sure I was a satisfied customer.

Update. I've paused on whether or not to post this update,…read morehowever, since I'm hesitant to return here for a third wash, that makes it worthy. First, very pleasant group of guys. But, shortly after each wash I noticed damage. One to the paint on the corner of the back and a area that was cut out under my headlight. Both seem to be indicative of a high speed rotary buffer. Very upset about the cut out under the headlight. The other area had the paint "burned" off the points of the bumper. Not only with the first wash, but again with the second. (This is also when I noticed the slice to the bumper under the headlight) Disappointing. I'm hesitant to go back. I don't want to go back and find further damage. Otherwise the car was beautiful when I received it (without going over it like I did when I got home). You guys need to watch how fast or hard your drying the car and maybe slow down.
