Very nice employees. I got "dragged" here today, as I have been several times. The shrimp on my po'boy did not seem especially fresh, the breading had the consistency of sand, and the roll was disappointing when compared to other local supermarkets/bakeries/restaurants. The potato salad was a soggy, largely flavorless mess and the tomato slices on the po'boy were not yet ripened. I'm giving them 2 stars only because the crawfish were good. Spiced just right and a good size for this time in the season. OVERPRICED!!! 5 lbs of crayfish was 50.00! I had to pay extra for sauce! CrawDax Index (KATC) highest prices at 37.00-40.00 for 5lbs. The etouffee half and half plate was lunch size and tiny tiny crawfish ( maybe 5 in the etouffee) with a very "herby" flavor! 24.00 for that. The fried shrimp was cornmeal crusted. Craving an étouffée I decided to give this a try based on the many reviews. Unfortunately the étouffée was less than desirable, maybe my expectations were set to high, the service was very slow though friendly, I ordered a gumbo appetizer and had to ask the waitress for my gumbo Three times as she was walking past my table, it eventually showed up, but with my crawfish étouffée. This was a pretty good gumbo as was the side of potato salad. The étouffée had to be reheated, the quality was very disappointing, it reminded me of something very commercial from a package, that catfish on top had burn marks after being reheated, it was no better than the étouffée. The waitress claimed they made the but I know better. One French bread was toasted and the other was not. Located in the shopping center seem to be a locals hang out. I would not recommend this place based on the overpriced menu and lack of quality in detail with slow service. read more

Check your boiled crawfish!!!! They're selling 5lbs of boiled crawfish, but giving you 4lbs. I ordered 5lbs to go and when the bag came it looked like there was nothing in there. I got home and weighed the crawfish on my scale, and it was exactly 4lbs. 1 whole pound missing. read more

I just enjoyed the Rojan Josh lamb curry and I need to let everyone know that my experience was unsurpassable. The chunks of lamb were tender and juicy, my garlic naan was delicious with a combination of crispy and tenderness with explosive flavors. If you haven't already tried this place, you must! This place is real good. The crawfish had 3 spice options. We got the spicy and it was a good spice. Didn't care for the minced garlic all over them. Fried pickles are pretty good tho they are pretty strong pickles. The gumbo is real good and the portion of rice on the side very generous. Im not a big fan of chicken but I love gumbo (weird, I know) so I asked them if they could go east on the chicken when dipping it, there was not a speck of chicken and it was full of sausage. I was so looking forward to trying The Cajun Table but my experience was not so great. I may give them another try in the future but I'm definitely not rushing into it. One Friday night I decided to order something to go since the restaurant is pretty small and was packed with people waiting outside to get in. I ordered the Pirouge Party which is a fried shrimp poboy with crawfish etouffee drizzled over it. Sounds delicious, right? I was told to give them an hour (AN HOUR). That seemed a little excessive but they were busy so I said sure. This was at 8pm. At 9pm I go in, pay for it and am told it'll be right out. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you I stood there for thirty minutes with them all telling me it would be right out. I don't think they even started making it until I got there. I was fuming and would've just walked out but I had already paid for the damn thing. Finally at 9:30 it comes out and it wasn't until around 10pm that I got to try it. Was it worth a two hour wait? No they lied again she comes back after I been waiting 2 freaking hours to tell me whoever took my order put it in for an *.00 PM pickup even though she told me 25 minutes am I really supposed to believe that? Then all I get is an apology from a worker? I should have gotten a sincere apology from a manager. Its like they didn't even care that much that i waited over 2 hours. Then get home and was sadly disappointed in the crawfish half of them weren't edible they were so tiny they weren't even small size well maybe a hand full were small the rest were tiny. I been to LT's and Crawfish Boss and they were large. They really messed up I spend several thousand dollars during crawfish season I buy once a week throughout the entire season. Amazing. Just what I was looking for while I was in business in Lafayette. Home town feel and service. Great atmosphere the bartender was great but was disappointed she only works on Saturday's cause I went back a few days later. They had the pool going so we got a pound each of the shrimp and can't tell you how tender and juicy they were. Just the perfect amount of heat for me. We also go some of the boom boom wings and they were great as well. The blue cheese dressing was outstanding and you can tell not from a jar. Highly recommend this place.
