We were handed a menu and he explained the specials. There are 21 sauce flavors and lots of options from no heat to XX-hot. While we decided an employee has two types of samples of their beers on tap. We also were able to sample the sauces before placing our order. We got a 10pc lemon pepper bone-in, 10pc bone-in golden flame, 5pc boneless garlic Parmesan and 5pc boneless mountain berry. The lemon pepper is a dry rub and garlic Parmesan is saucy; BOTH are done here BETTER than any other place in Charlotte. There are about 9 tables and bar seating. All in all, I think I tried six different sauces and one dry rub. None of them disappointed as evidenced by the pictures below. In addition, they have to be some of the sweetest people above that since I've been here in North Carolina.
