She is a ray of sunshine and genuinely kept us from having multiple breakdowns. Laura is very organized and has a wealth of knowledge. She knows the venue very well which made making decisions very easy. Laura made planning our wedding so much easier and we feel so lucky to have had her as our coordinator!! While all Fireside Catering venues are wonderful, the Estate at Moraine Farm is a hidden gem and we couldn't recommend it enough!

She helped me secure the kayak to the top of the car, so now I know how to transport kayaks. I found that the system she used to install kayaks on the roof of cars is idiot proof, and the kayak is securely fastened to the top of the car to avoid liability. I also found that any guy could lift a kayak and install it the the roof of a car solo (it's not that heavy), however hauling the kayak fewer for more than 5 feet I recommend two people. I refuse to rent anywhere else, and I look forward to renting from Little Harbor Boathouse again.

Would anyone want to eat food after finding someone else's hair in it? We let our actual server know, and she was apologetic, which we appreciated. However, there was no compensation or any additional effort made to address the situation. What was most disappointing was how little concern the restaurant seemed to show about the issue. Between the extremely long wait, finding a hair in the food, and the lack of response from management/staff, I left feeling very disappointed. It allowed us to push our creativity and for that couldn't be happier. Working with Sarah and her team to make our wedding come together, would give it 6 stars if I could. We opted in to Sarah's Without a Hitch day of wedding coordinating which I highly recommend as well. The Olio staff was extremely accommodating throughout the process and even day of the wedding. We had a few handicapped folks in our party and the staff helped them out throughout the night. Love being able to support local businesses, the area has plenty of choices for after parties, restaurants and close to hotel options. Extremely happy we were able to have our wedding in this space and equally enjoyed the process working with the Olio and Without A Hitch team.

The ceremony site was changed from outside to inside (both places are drop dead gorgeous) and the celebration continued. They worked with us to incorporate many special items into the event. And the food! I am a food lover and cook. I was much more than impressed by the gourmet food our guests were served. Almost all guests commented on the quality. For myself, it was the best fillet mignon I've had in my life. How any chef could do that for over 100 guests is beyond me. Magic, absolute magic. The wait staff was absolutely top notch. They served us effortlessly. They were kind and competent. Again, we received multiple compliments on how talented and pleasant they were. We had Beantown Band play at our wedding which really was the icing on the cake. They play like no other band. Everyone was on the dance floor. The building is starting to look a bit rundown (note the missing windows above the main entrance) and there is quite a bit of staining on the ceiling, apparently from water leaks. The wait staff was great, and we all like the salad bar and the bread and cheese that you cut yourself. The entrees, however, were disappointing. The meat on three of our four orders was overcooked (my nephew's medium rare steak was burned and charred on the outside), and three of the four sides (steamed vegetables and rice) were served ice cold. I ordered the baked scallop and steak combo and the scallops were delicious, but my medium steak was well done, and my vegetables were cold. By the time they brought out replacement vegetables and rice, we were already almost halfway through our meals. I used to love coming here when I was younger when the wait staff dressed in overalls and hats like train engineers. This place definitely needs a makeover to get it back to the fine dining experience it used to be.

We return year after year because of the hotel's oceanfront location, friendly front desk staff, spacious and immaculate rooms, super-comfortable beds, and reasonable rates. The lobby offers comfortable seating, complimentary coffee and a good selection of teas, as well as a café serving light breakfasts, appetizers, beer, wine, and cocktails. The bartenders have always been friendly and accommodating. Guests can also purchase snacks, protein bars, soft drinks, and ice cream treats from the convenient on-site mini store. Another feature we appreciate is the large parking lot, which provides ample free parking for guests, making arrivals and departures easy and stress-free We've never been disappointed. Over the years, we've come to enjoy conversations with the front desk staff, who always offer wonderful suggestions for nearby beaches, restaurants, museums, and parks. The rooms are spacious, attractively decorated, and equipped with everything you would expect in a fine hotel, including a desk, cabinet, and flat-screen TV. During our most recent stay, we had a room with two queen beds and found them exceptionally comfortable. We have especially appreciated the renovations made through the years, which transformed the original guest rooms into attractive, contemporary spaces. Thoughtful design touches, such as black sink fixtures and patterned carpeting accented with shades of black, give the rooms a fresh and sophisticated appearance. Of the hotel's 91 rooms, we have stayed in approximately a dozen, including well-equipped, first-floor accessible rooms that were especially helpful following my hip replacement surgery. Outside, the beautifully maintained grounds provide several places to relax and enjoy the setting. We particularly enjoy the striking fountain at the front entrance, the sturdy picnic table on the side lawn, and the scenic quarter-mile pathway leading to the lovely beach behind Tupper Manor. Wylie Inn & Conference Center at Endicott College offers a wonderful combination of comfort, hospitality, and value.
