I have been coming here quite a bit this year for hockey games. The food is not good. In fact , I would say it is pretty bad. I was served cold nachos, Burnt pretzel bites and a very small basket lukewarm onion rings. I wouldn't suggest eating here. I was told that the food used to be really good but it had gone downhill lately. Tonight service is good sitting at the bar but every other night it was hard to get service at the bar. I absolutely love the friendly staff and amazing manager. Everytime I have a great time and really enjoy myself. They have a fun and funky atmosphere inside. The daily specials and events always taking place and the amazing dance floor is always a fun time. The food specials - like taco Tuesday in a bag is amazing. Cabin is not at all what I expected. I had assumed it was a generic pub like the Canadian Brewhouse but it is actually much better. Yes, it is a pub. Yes, they serve the beers and menu items you would expect. But they are much more reasonably priced than similar bars. With their food/drink specials, excellent service, and fun atmosphere, this was a great place to watch the Stanley Cup playoffs. I think this was a mid-week hangover brunch. I wanted to try this place and figured, why not now? Extremely nice staff. Safety protocols in place. The camp theme is darling. I enjoyed looking at everything. The food came out before I had a chance to walk around and look the place over. Delicious Sunset Breakfast. I'd order that again for sure. Miss Sha-Na-Na and I decided to meet for weekend drinks, and I wanted to try this place because I loved the theme. I ordered a Glamping, with coconut rum, cranberry, lime juice and soda. SO yummy and so drinkable! Also ordered a Tipsy Clubhouse, which was one of the BEST clubs I've ever had. The thick cut bacon totally makes it! Then, another Glamping. And another. Then, the ooey, gooey Smores dessert. Messy but delicious! I needed a wet nap for the stickiness. One more Glamping... hic... what? I Ubered, fear not. Plus, our favorite bartender from On the Rocks, Garvey, was working. He and the rest of the bartenders were super friendly and chill. Loved it! Definitely coming back. Thanks, Cabin! read more

Ordered the back yard burger with a extra patty and you have to order fries separately which I did. Burger took a hour to come out and it was so disappointing when it did! 2 tiny little pre cooked patties and no flavour at all. It was definitely a slider being sold for $17! So a person would think they would make it up with a large potion of fries. Wrong! It came in a finger bowl. Cold crappy shoe string fries. It was garbage food. I'd leave zero stars if I can but I unfortunately cannot. Our server Anelise/analise? (who did not want to tell us her name which is acquired liquor and food service law even though the ditz has her name in the bills (again required)) told us that after one drink each between me and my partner that we were cut off, we 1.) originally asked for two cheeseburgers along with our drink we had got which was one beer two hours ahead of time (2 hrs before the kitchen was apparently open for according to what our server said) to make sure we got our food once they open (we were there for almost 4 hours and only had ONE drink) Then 2.) continued serving other people a part of our group who had 7-10 beers individually compared to the ONE I got myself and continued to ignore specifically me only Also 3.) was called a loser by the bartender (pretty sure his name is Nick (big white guy with long hair) since I've been here before and personally asked for names months before) after being cut off by my server and asked for her name (which again is REQUIRED) after one drink and asking why because "just because I said so" is not a proper/valid response to give to someone (which also by liquor law you are required to explain why) and told by the bartender Nick that they would not give us her name (again REQUIRED) because he knew I was going to leave a bad review (which I have every right to cause why would there be google and yelp reveiews??? Idk maybe if they used their brains) Then 4.) my partner was told by the bartender Nick that he was banned even though bartenders do not have the calls or authorization to ban someone without reason (just because I asked for my servers name) Then 5.) was told I HAVE TO SHARE THE CAKE I BOUGHT FOR MY GROUPS BIRTHDAY WITH OTHER TABLES WHO WERE NOT A PART OF OUR GROUP????? Idk I don't think y'all should be cutting someone off who planned a birthday and then telling me I have to share a cake with others that aren't in my group, very unprofessional. And 6.) told me when I went to the bathroom (for less than a minute (when others from the table went out for a smoke/bathroom for 15minutes)) that me only specifically had to pay and that I was cut off for the rest of the night and that they were not going to serve me water or food (which also REQUIRED BY AGLC) after I asked why I had been cut off and had not been given a proper response to. And then 7.) told I was also cut off for being too loud???? I was literally sitting in the corner of my table being quiet all night and even told I wasn't talking to anyone at the table, the only time I left the table was to watch my friend who is a regular sing for his birthday??? But I guess I was watching him too loud with my eyes??? Idk I don't want to think it's a jealousy thing but the moment I mentioned who I was there for her whole demeanour changed and immediately stopped serving me and being rude and constantly ignoring me specifically. And also it was not just me from the group I came in with asked why I was specifically cut off because I only had one drink and I was barely talking to anyone. Our server analise also made me pay for $30 worth of drinks when I only had ONE???? AND ALSO MADE ME PAY $20 ON TOP FOR FOOD I DID NOT GET NOR EAT BECAUSE I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE???? Terrible place EDIT: my partner was told he's banned for fighting when all he did was ask for our servers name and for a manager and he was told to fuck off by the bartender Nick and called names and then he brought up me which was not related to what happened when we just simply asked for a name and he said "put a muzzle on your bitch" which then we all watched the bartender pick a fight with my partner to get a reaction he wanted after he was the one who started all this shit. This place sucks, also our server got mad that we asked for $2 back and gave her a $6 tip on two beers so don't go here if you're planning on getting cut off after one round of drinks just because they wanted a better tip, maybe you'll get a better tip if you give great service but she never came to our table at all. read more

We were so excited to try this place and were really rather happy with the whole experience! The decor is amazing! Loved the theme and the beer (with 2 wines) wall is for sure a fan favorite!! We also had great service although the cards for the beer wall had to be reactivated a lot- we may have been causing this somehow, they were all lovely and ever encouraged us in a happy hour discount that we had missed! The only thing not great about this place is there is very little option for healthy choices. Even the salads had a lot of sweet Adatives like candied nuts and lots of cheese etc. so it's a for sure cheat night/ prepare to feel a little puffy the next day, at least for anyone with gluten/ dairy issues. read more

Bar tender (mid 20s white male) demanded more tips and made my group feel bad even When we tipped $6 for $14 of drinks

We came here for supper and drinks o a Wednesday and even though it was mid week the place was relatively busy. They have typical pub fare. To start we had wings and brisket bites. Wings were good, they have sauced and an equally large list of dry runs. The brisket bites were amazing. I had a canteen sandwich. Lots of cold cuts on a roll. It was great. Sandwiches come with ketchup chips which is fun for once, but might get old. Tony had the mac and cheese topped with chicken. It looked small when it arrived, but it wa filling. Beer selection was decent. It looks like they are set up for a pour your own section, which is something I have heard of but not experienced. It was shut down for covid, so i have still not experienced it. And the decor is quirky and fun. We sat in the trailer which was cool. A great new place. read more

Ordered some wings for take out from here instead of my usual chain pizza place (which has very good wings), felt like I should support local... opened my wings when I got home to find they were all drumsticks! Bizarre. I recognize this may seem minor (and some people actually prefer drumsticks!) but I like some diversity in my wings and actually prefer flats. i've went to the cabin for many many years are used to be such a different and unique place he used to play videos to the music which was awesome recently they've made some very big changes they have a new DJ which I think is awesome the DJ is really good I do miss the videos that goes with the song a lot The biggest mistake that they've made in the biggest change unfortunately is horrible they have a dry ice machine and they use that machine constantly the place is just filled with that dry ice chemical and you can't even breathe my throat is burning my eyes are burning my lungs hurt I can't breathe and if you say anything to the management they just hang up on you unfortunately I can't no longer go there I used to go there every weekend I'd bring lots of people with me but that dry ice machine is ruined the experience and people that suffer with breathing problems and asthma cannot go there as far as I'm concerned those dry ice machines are very hazardous to your health I am very sad to say I can't go there anymore because they have a stupid dry ice machine and the place is just blue with smoke so if you have a problem with these machines and the chemicals bother you like they do most people don't bother going to the cabin you'll be very very disappointed because you can't breathe It's really too bad the management cannot see that and how harmful it is to your house well they're going to lose a lot of business from a lot of people because most people do not like those machines it's so 80s I don't even know why people even have those machines in their bar they took smoking out of the bar but yet they have one of these machines very hazardous to your health full of chemicals it's a real shame it's too bad the management did not realize how bad it is and when you call there and talk to them they just hang up on you not very nice they think it's good for the party how immature wake up read more

Wow. Ok, so it's my first time around since they shed the Urban Tavern title and esthetic. Wow. That's all I can say. The whole place is themed beautifully, including a fun menu with camp names like Hiker Greens and lumber Jack Sticks. The quality of service is as good if not better than as Urban. The food prices are very fair- I always liked the chicken tenders at urban and figured they'd use the same recipe. They might, as it turns out- the breading wasn't overdone and was seasoned with more than salt, but he accompanying chili plum sauce I believe stayed the same, still awesome! Hey included fries and their house ketchup potato chips, which have always been amazing. All that for EIGHT DOLLARS! Now, I just want to say, the last two restaurants I went to I left without eating, I am a bit of a food snob and I hate spending money on trash food.
