And although the portion was a little smaller than I would've hoped, that too, was just full of flavor and really enjoyable to eat. Mistakes happen -- forgetting an order is one thing -- but how you handle it matters. In this case, there was no effort made to make things right. For a paying customer who placed a pickup order in advance, this level of service was unacceptable. Good customer service isn't about never making mistakes; it's about how you handle them. Unfortunately, in this case, Heroes showed very little regard for a paying customer's time. I hope management sees this and takes a hard look at how customers are treated when things go wrong.
