This was a great find. Unsuspecting, attached to a hotel and right across from the Toyota arena,…read morethis gem is definitely worth visiting. Eureka has a great vibe from the moment you walk in- dark and classy. If you're going on a cold night, just be aware that half the restaurant is open from the outside and it can get a little cold in the restaurant. They have a very large bar and if you enjoy liquor and beer, you'll have a great experience, sitting down at the bar and watching the game on a number of the TV screens that they have. By far, the highlight was having the jalapeño bacon burger. I don't know what they put in that thing but it's a burger that is sweet and juicy. The moment my wife and I bit into it the first words out of our mouth were the same-- "wow!" That's all I can say. The chicken sandwich was decent, but not as good as the burger we tried. The other item we tried because it had great reviews where the brussels sprouts. And although the portion was a little smaller than I would've hoped, that too, was just full of flavor and really enjoyable to eat. I tried their red beer which comes from Redlands and that was also really nice and full and rich. Overall, a really good experience. Two entrées, an appetizer and a beer came out to $65. I don't know when things became so expensive, but the next time I want to splurge on a date night with my wife again, I would definitely come back :)

Wanted some wings and this was always my spot. Great wings, cooked perfectly…read more However today was incredibly disappointing that they changed their wings. We used to get healthy size wings, now they are tiny little wings. On top of that they came out dry and with barely any sauce. We were given extra sauce on the side, but it just didn't hit the spot. This was the primary reason for patronizing Eureka. Ordered a Bloody Mary as well and it seems to be a pre-mix. Honestly if Jessie wasn't a great server I would find it hard to give more than 1 star. Unable to see any reason to come back.

Found this place after a long day of shopping and it did not disappoint! It's a pretty large…read morerestaurant with different rooms- great for large parties too! The bar area had a ton of tvs showing sports and people were having a lot of fun watching. Service was great and they were super attentive throughout our whole meal. We ordered an appetizer, salad, and burger for two of us and we weren't able to finish all our food. The portions were humongous and definitely worth your money. Their beers are also HUGE and my husband loved the ale he ordered. Can't wait to come back!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel others…read moreshould be aware. My husband called in a simple pickup order -- just nachos . When he arrived to pick it up, he waited 40 minutes before being told anything. After checking with the concierge, the manager (Tiffany) came out and informed him that they had forgotten to make the order entirely. Another 15-20 minutes passed before he finally received the food. All told, he spent close to an hour waiting for a pickup order that should have taken a fraction of that time. What made this worse was the lack of customer service afterward. The manager did not come back out to apologize, did not offer any kind of discount or compensation, and did not acknowledge the inconvenience at all. Mistakes happen -- forgetting an order is one thing -- but how you handle it matters. In this case, there was no effort made to make things right. For a paying customer who placed a pickup order in advance, this level of service was unacceptable. Good customer service isn't about never making mistakes; it's about how you handle them. Unfortunately, in this case, Heroes showed very little regard for a paying customer's time. I hope management sees this and takes a hard look at how customers are treated when things go wrong.

The food is amazing--the burger is juicy, not dry at all, and the fries were exactly how I like…read morethem: perfectly crispy. Miguel provided excellent service, especially for my first visit. He made some great recommendations, which led me to choose this plate--and I'm glad I did. I would definitely come back. The space has an industrial-modern, casual brewery vibe that feels bright, refreshing, and relaxing. The high ceilings and simple warehouse-style design really add to the overall atmosphere.

Instead of helping the next of us in line, the woman and man behind the bar just talked to each other and I had to walk up to the bar and interrupt to ask for help. The man had to ask me multiple times what my order was because he kept looking to the side and paying attention to other situations. When I paid, I tipped even though I shouldn't have, and thanked him, he didn't even look at me. I thanked him again and he looked up and walked away without acknowledging me. They were not friendly, they were not happy to be there and the customer service was really lacking. It was a disappointment because we really were excited to try this brewery and the beer was good!

They have plenty of parking right at the front with a couple EV chargers available on the side. They have indoor and outdoor seating. This is a large location with plenty of seating space. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. We ordered a couple of chicken empanadas (our favorites) which we ate before I could take a picture. My bf had his favorite which is the gaucho steak sandwich and I had the sustainable salmon bowl with rice and veggies. My bfs sandwich was good, but not as good as the ones we have had in Brea. My veggies were delicious, as usual and the rice was good. My salmon had a good flavor, but it wasn't as good as the one I've had in the other location. I think the biggest factor is that it wasn't more cooked. The salmon was well done vs the normal medium. I didn't specify but wasn't asked either. Overall I would still consider going back, but although it's good, it is not my favorite location.

Service - 1 star A while ago, ordered online and went in to grab my food from the pickup shelf. A cook stopped me and basically accused me of stealing, questioning if I had actually placed the order. I had to show proof before they let me leave--even though everything checked out. If there's a specific pickup process, it should be clearly communicated. Having an open pickup shelf and then confronting customers like that is not okay. Overall - 2 stars That experience was enough for me. Won't be coming back, which is a shame given how close it is.
