When I was about to lose my cool, I turned around and said fine I'll just heat it up myself at home. I feel as though he should've said I didn't hear you say that, but if you would like it hot, let me throw it in the oven for you. I wasn't asking for a brand new sandwich. I was just asking for an hot one. Instead, he had a complete attitude and was trying to embarrass me in front of his customers and talked crap to the customers as I walked out the door stating I didn't say that. That is the most disgusting, poor example of what customer service should look like. I love the food, but sadly, I'll never give him another dollar.
