April and Joseph is super friendly and soooo nice. They were out of ketchup and Joseph immediate refilled it and when I thanked him, he was polite and friendly. April helped me with my order and not only she is knowledgeable, she was patient and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. An elderly customer who had trouble walking to the booth with a cup of piping hot coffee, April walked the elderly customer carrying her coffee for her. And treated the elderly customer with respect.
