Fun Signage and beautiful outside the property. Very clean and inviting. Newly opened, large parking lot for guests. Briefly saw the inside , and it matches the outside. New , Clean & Inviting. I did wait around 10minutes today in the Drive-Thru. I didn't think it was a big deal. I ordered the Cheesy Chopped Bumper Chicken everything, Combo with Seasoned Fries & Pepsi Zero. The packaging is nice; nice logo , and cool concept. Definitely not your regular "Burger Joint". This one is definitely different and if you like Heat , I mean Spice, then definitely try it! The sandwich was a large portion. Split in 2, panini pressed style. The inside of the sandwich is all the ingredients mashed together with some Heinz ketchup on top. VERY Spicy. I didn't expect such a kick on a "burger" and then took a step back. "This is a Concept Shop, and they've knocked it out the park." The fries , I think I'd try them unseasoned next time. I always share my fries with my dogs so we spread out the calories. Reasonable enough and I can try more when I share! Pepsi Zero, I'm glad they are becoming more available, because the flavor is growing on me. They were polite at the window, and seemed to be working hard. Overall great Concept. Beautiful lot they have there. Designed well also. I'd say they need to improve their wait times slightly, and maybe have some sign at entrance of Drive thru "Custom Fresh is Not Fast" ©or similar. I'm rooting for them, good start! $23. Not bad, as the portion is definitely for 2 people to enjoy, together or separate, your choice. If you have time , check out the Haunted Trails, just South 1 block. FUN

Cheesy Chopped Bumper... smaller than a normal beef sandwich, but costs $15. WAY overpriced

I was excited to try this place. I've eaten here twice. The 1st time was pretty good, although they got the order wrong, and I thought the sandwich I ordered was very small for $15. I went back with a friend today. I thought maybe I had a bad cook the 1st time. This time they got my order completely wrong. I ordered the same Cheesy Chopped Bumper, and specifically told them that i did that what anything spicy on the sandwich. Instead, I received even a smaller sandwich than the first time, loaded with jalapeno peppers and jalapeno sauce. I took two bites and threw the sandwich away. The guy who took my order could not tell me what comes on the sandwich. I will not go back there a third time, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Now Open!!

Awesome spot to try! Their Bumper 2 Burger combo meal is delicious and I couldn't even finish it because I was already full, their seasoned fries and onion rings are great! And their staff is really nice and they make you feel welcomed.

Why don't they ask the Loyal Customers? Good way to tank a Brand. Change it all, why change your Signature?! Ok, so let's focus on just this visit and the outcome. Nice people, store , relatively clean. Not great but I've seen much worse. Friendly, they are. I ordered the Turkey sandwich- now here is where it got confusing for me. BEFORE you order the protein, white or wheat, that's it. The sandwich was topped with their signature items, heated and served. Now I needed to tell them what I want on it. And then I asked. "Is it even toasted anymore ". They understand me, and said "we are trained often on the changes". Well, how about as a long time Loyal Customer to the Brand we say "no thank you ! We liked the original it worked let's her that Back here please"! It was a pretty good sandwich what they made. I applaud them for working in a hostile environment, which translated "no one wants to work in a place that changes its signature items constantly!" Not in this world and not in the next . I didn't order the milk shake, I was afraid they took away the beautiful butter cookie they use to place on the top of the straw. Also, pretty expensive sandwich. If you don't know the Old Potbelly; you will like the new one probably, it's still a packed protein sandwich. Closes early, South Side of Archer Ave, East Side of Harlem. Across from 5/3 Bank. Across from the ski shop. Goskand

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!…read more If you're looking for a delicious venue with an amazing and friendly staff for your next event, Ash Gastro Pub in Garfield Ridge is definitely the place! I was a guest at a bridal shower here, and I seriously could not get over how delicious and FRESH all the food was! The chilaquiles were AMAZING, and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. A special shoutout to our bartender, Chayanne and another girl I cant remember her name, who were so friendly and welcoming! They made everyone feel right at home and was such a wonderful part of the celebration. The kitchen staff also deserves recognition. Even with a full event going on, they never seemed overwhelmed. I noticed them smiling at guests and sharing in our happiness throughout the celebration, which really made the experience feel extra special. From the food to the service to the overall atmosphere, Ash Gastro Pub exceeded every expectation! You can truly tell they care about their guests and the experience they provide. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend Ash Gastro Pub for your next event!
