Polish sausages bring a certain joy to my heart that is unmatched by almost any other encased meat. I am so glad to have found Celina's Deli. It's a small, local business with many imported Polish goods. They have ready-to-eat sausages hanging behind the counter, raw sausages in the deli counter, fresh sauerkraut, fresh pickles, home cooked soups, potato pancakes, the list goes on. One of my favorite treats are these mini croissant-looking items with a sweet kind of marmalade inside. omg, those things go straight to my hips! This is. a really nice place with all kinds of Polish goods that were once abundant in Chicago but seem harder to find.
