They are incredibly responsive and have been so flexible with us--I am so looking forward to having them back! Their setup is stunning. The display of street tacos, the beautiful, colorful tablecloths, and all the little extra touches they add truly make the experience come alive. I HIGHLY recommend them. Had a good first experience with Las Perlas. At first, I honestly thought it was a taco truck I've…read morebeen looking for since the colors and name looked pretty similar--but I was hungry, so I decided to give them a try. They're conveniently located right off the Pringle exit on southbound 99, parked at a Valero gas station, which makes it an easy stop. Prices are reasonable. I ordered three carne asada tacos with hot sauce and added sour cream for a small extra charge - came out to $9. Service was pretty. The tacos came with caramelized onions on the side--nice touch, though not really my preference althought I enjoyed the lemon and jalapenos. Flavor-wise, everything was there, and the portion size was fair for what you pay. Overall, a good spot to swing by when you want your taco fix.

I ordered from them and received full meals that are allowing me to stay on a certain calorie a day diet and this is the only food service that has made that manageable; I definitely feel full and satisfied on their meals. I cancelled my…read moreaccount by their prescribed method - emailing (which they confirmed they received, and responded that they didn't know my name or email - even though they had it from my email message itself). They are saying they could only see like an Apple ID - which is no method I have ever used for logging in anywhere. Never, and they just talk over my head about it. Furthermore, my service stopped for 6 weeks. Why wouldn't I think my account is closed? Who wouldn't? After 6 weeks, while out of town I received not one but two boxes!!! They are still sitting on my front porch rotting. I'm mortified not only they they act like this was my fault somehow when I cancelled in good faith, stopped receiving their product, then all of a sudden received two boxes (the second one was processing before I even realized what was happening). I'm now out the cost of $243.82 (the price of 2 boxes) because they won't refund me for food I didn't order from an account that they clearly should have cancelled. It's also important to note that the food is not great. Every meal tastes essentially the same and extremely bland. Furthermore their customer service members are rude and condescending, Trent and Dave. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRIFECTA! In response to the company reply below: 1. They acknowledge my cancellation request. 2. My shipments STOPPED. For 6 weeks. Who wouldn't assume Trifecta did their job? 3. Suddenly charges and boxes appear after this time period. Please also notice the tone and demeanor in their response. For as abrupt and "consumer blaming" as it is here, they are much more rude and condescending directly one on one. AGAIN: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRIFECTA

They were so so easy to communicate with, very adaptable and professional. We picked our meals that we liked from the sample menus, and made some adaptations for allergies. The buffet they set out was gorgeous, and bountiful. Meats, breads, salads, sauces... It was all delicious. The only thing I would advise is if you have vegetarians, be sure to request vegetarian proteins for them, not just "no meat" ( ie tofu, beans). The chef team had to travel to get to our site, and we were thrilled that they could accommodate us. We have already planned to use them again next year!
