What can I say about Taco Feliz but THEY ARE THE BEST TRUCK IN GALT!!!! Parked besides Dry Creek liquor off C St they have some of the best flavor for whatever item you get off the menu. Tacos are a good size and they never skimp on the meat. If you like tripa, (which I Love) ask for nice and crispy and they don't disappoint. With the spicy salsa that hits the spot every time, they are definitely my go to place here in Galt for tacos or Burritos . They are pretty busy all the time so call your order in and they are quick to serve you. If you order on the spot it takes a bit but, you can't rush good food. Now obviously it is a taco truck so there isn't anywhere to sit or hang out around there, so the ambiance just pick up and go enjoy your food elsewhere. I only live 2 blocks away from where they park and I don't hesitate to walk down the street to enjoy some good tacos. I stumbled on Taco Feliz while visiting town and wow, what a find. I've had the pastor super burrito, shrimp tacos, and a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream (which is a must). The pastor is packed with some of the best flavor I've ever had. Burritos are huge and super satisfying, and the hot sauce has that perfect spicy kick without being over the top. The shrimp tacos are hands down my favorite. The sauce they use is unique and ridiculously good. I could eat those every day. Even the bean and cheese burrito is on point. The beans aren't watery, the cheese is generous, and the sour cream ties it all together. Simple but perfect. The service is great and always friendly. Parking can be packed in the area. This truck has become one of my favorites. I've gone back a bunch of times now and even seek it out whenever I'm nearby. If you're in the area, you need to try it. read more

I ordered 15 tacos six with everything and the rest plain I asked for lemons and everything on the side as my kids like lemon an cilantro well I get home open my tacos and they have no lemons no sides of anything I live on the complete opposite side of the town I call them they don't answer at all. So I just have boxes of tacos nothing in them but tortillas and meat. Given it is a taco place they normally regardless put side of lemon at least this is a huge inconvenience and it's frustrating. Stopped here on the recommendation of another Yelp Elite and let me tell you he was spot on! There was a line for this food truck and that is always a great sign. I wanted a torta and I usually get birria but the girl inside told me they don't do birria so I got the carnitas instead. It was so good! Just how I like it. The meat was dry so my bread wasn't soggy and the carnitas were well cooked; crispy with great flavor. My husband ended up getting 5 tacos, a mix of al pastor and asada and they were delicious. Good size and well seasoned, so of course I had to steal a bite of each to confirm. Not only is the food good, but this spot is a great value. Tacos are only $2 each, so we were able to have a yummy, nice sized lunch for 2 for just over $20. The asada meat was flavorful with just the right amount of minced onions and rice, pinto (not refried) beans, sour cream and cheese. Muy bien! They don't serve chips on the side with your order. Wow my friend took me to this food truck. I usually hit the one off Twin Cities but this is the new place to get. The meats are really tasty . The truck is really big and has lights and a great sound system. I wish they had some seating so we could eat there. I tried the 3 of the meat tacos. Al Pastor, Asada and the Carnitas. All of them had such fabulous flavor. In order I would go Asada then Al Pastor and Carnitas. I got them with lettuce and tomatoes added. My buddy got a cheese Cascadia and we split it open and dumped one of the tacos in it to make our combo burrito. It was yummy. If you are in the Galt area you have to check it out. The tacos are fantastic & my bf had their burrito & he absolutely loved it (& he's very picky when it comes to taco truck burritos). After seeing lots of people recommend this place we decided to try it out. Hubby ordered asada tacos. Me the pastor. Both of us req'd the hot salsa as we LOVE spice and can handle quite a bit. But this, this was too much. Not sure if they just put too much salsa or if it was too spicy but there was no balance. I could not taste the meat or garnishes at all, just spice. My son got an asada burrito and enjoyed his but said he couldn't taste the mild salsa at all. Not sure if they even put it in according to him. Been wanting to try Taco Feliz for a while now every time I drive by. Finally got around to it and my wife and I are hooked now. I work in Stockton and have been spoiled by some of the best taco trucks I've found and I've always wished we had better options in Galt. This is the "go to" taco truck for my family. Food is always good, staff is always friendly, and the truck always seems clean. As a beef eater, I usually get asada tacos from trucks, but I am impressed with their pollo tacos and get those more times that I get asada. Their hot salsa on top has some great heat and their asada fries are a family favorite.
