Finallly I got what I wanted at mountain mikes. Mountain mikes is my favorite and the last 3 visits to a variety of stores has been so disappointing. Only problem I had was when I went to use my rewards (15.00 credit) cashier put in my phone number and "bad customer" came up and I could not use it. I'm guessing it's because we do reviews for the issues we were having. A little retribution form MM? Who knows but it's the AP not the stores fault. I ordered extra sauce and actually got it! No one lying about it like the grass valley store in my home town that we used to go to for decades. Everyone in the the lodi location were friendly, accommodating and the atmosphere was traditional, warm and very family friendly. I found my new favorite location. We've had good luck with the stores in the valley between Sacramento and Bakersfield. Attn Corporate: please fix my ap so my family can enjoy MM again now that we found a great location read more

I used to go to mountain mikes but came to this one because of an event some friends were hosting. I ordered 1 medium pizza and requested a small with a red sauce. I got 2 medium pizzas instead of the red sauce they put white. Along with 2 salads which the salad bar was pretty picked empty and 2 fountain drinks. All for the grand total of $75. read more

I went to Mountain Mikes Lodi- Cherokee lane location, ordered 6piece wings. Firstly, I only recieved 5 wings. Second, when biting into the first wing the chicken was raw. I called the store who stated they would not give me refund or credit if I didn't drive back to their store to show them the chicken. I explained I live in north Stockton and would not be driving back today she said they will only help me if I gave them back the chicken. Completely unacceptable on the restaurants part. read more

The pizza is always perfect. Friendly staff. Been getting pizza there for 10 years. The girls that work there always greet me when I walk in

The buffet was excellent. The food and salad were great. Very safe location and friendly people.

The price is fair The taste is good And delivery is excellent What else could you want? I recommend this place read more

I chose this business not only because I like consistently delicious pizza but I like kind communication with the people taking my order. One night I came just before closing and was told I wasn't too late to order, they would have it ready soon. Last night I ordered 2 pizzas and one didn't have the toppings exactly as ordered. No problem, they remade it and I was on my way. Excellent service and food. I will go there again and again. I feel valued there. I'm not just treated like a consumer. My preferences matter. read more

At least the pizza is good. The inside of this restaurant appears to have been frozen in time since 1992... from the flooring to the furniture, and the decor (or lack there of) to the video games (half didn't even work). The layer of stickiness that existed on every surface appears to have also been there since the mid '90s. My ears were very confused, because on the right was baseball narrated in Spanish, and the left heard Red Hot Chili Peppers blaring from the kitchen. When I told one of the employees that the paper towel dispenser was either broken or empty in the men's restroom, I got a very indifferent response. Also they expect $12 for a single trip to the salad bar with a tiny plate. If you want mountain bikes just go to the one on kettleman Lane instead. read more

Worst service ever Pizza got to our table cold they literally forgot one of our pizzas never come back again

Stopped here while traveling with a group of Boy Scouts. I called ahead and made a large order of pizzas to be ready when we arrived. When we arrived they had a corner of the restaurant ready for us as well as all our food and drinks. Both the staff and the owner were attentive and kind. They made our lunch stop, efficient, easy and delicious. The owner was especially helpful and caring, said he has owned it for 27 years. read more

The staff is amazing! So upbeat and welcoming. If I ever come back to visit Lodi again I will be coming to this Mountain Mike's location. read more

Pizza was great, nice little arcade section for the kids, but there were NO CHANGING TABLES in the bathrooms. Made it inconvenient for us when it came time to change my little one's pamper. Other then that everything was great read more

Ordered to go paid , my daughter decided she wanted to dine in they said I couldn't have the 2 liter soda I already purchased in store that it was only for to-go. Processed to laugh.. my daughter was upset. Poor customer service. read more

If only it wasn't so cold inside. Hello to Managers. Warm the place up and you may get more revenue. People can't eat in a cold environment. We can't think about dessert when we are freezing or an extra drink. read more

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. Staff was unfriendly and the food was terrible. TVs were too loud. Overpriced for sure and I would never recommend this place. read more

Warning: Prices are higher than what they seem. Watch out for the prices. The menu says $7.99 for the lunch buffet with soda. So hubby and I went for 2. When I asked how come $7.99x2 became over $30 - the cashier pointed to a note taped to the bottom of the menu that says "Prices are not updated." To make things worst, the salad bar was sparse and the soda fountain had no ice. I asked about the ice, and the girl said that they woukd fill it. They never did while we aere there. During this frustrating lunch, the TV was blasting loud. Hubby and I could not keep any conversation going over the badly tuned loud static-y TV. read more

Don't get me wrong. I love mountain mikes! Their pepperoni is gold. The problem with franchises is places like this one. They ALWAYS skimp you with the cheese. If there aren't any mice here. WHERE IS THE CHEESE!!! read more

This is a good mountain mikes. The foods good, they haven't messed up on my orders the times I've come in. Had a chance to meet the owner - he's a personable guy. Ask him about the refrigerator magnets if you frequent this location. You can mention it and get a free 1 topping medium whenever you order a large specialty pizza. They're still doing 50% large pizzas on Tuesday. I don't know any other mountain mikes in the area that offers a deal like this. I always order for pick up and never eat inside, but inside does look a little dated. There's always someone watching the front desk, so you won't be waiting around much. My lady is all about a couple known pizza chains. We don't regret going with this location when we can't agree about grabbing pizza from smack pie or tap house. Definitely will be coming back! :) read more

They do not care! Customer safety is not their problem. They do not care that a Door Dash driver speeds in the parking lot. Safety is everyone's concern and not just to put money in their pockets. Recommend other pizza restaurants read more

Horrible customer service!!! We ordered 5 pizzas for delivery and we paid the guy before looking at the pizzas. Two of them were made incorrec. We called to have them send two new ones or refund the cost and they refused. They said that we had to bring the pizzas to them in order to get new ones. I was not going to leave the party, drive to the pizza place, and wait for them to make new ones. We will never be back!! Update: I did call! They said that I would have to bring the pizzas back to them even though my order was delivered. read more

I have eaten here twice, I do not plan on returning! I have bought two pizzas to date, during their Tuesday 40% off sale. I asked for a thin crust, pepperoni with extra cheese. They did not add any extra cheese, it was a miserable pizza. It was also overcooked big time, you can tell they are not managed well, their pizza is awful! I hear the other one is good, this location sucks, absolutely awful restaurant, I should know, I used to manage Steve's Pizza. read more

This Mtn Mikes is a bit dated as it is in an old shopping center. The pizza is typical of the chain though Salad bar was kind of pricey for one trip Overall decent pizza read more

First impression wasn't so great: it's definitely dated. The carpet's worn down, and the tables could use a refinishing. The bathroom was pretty grimy, too. However, the combination pizza was really good. It had a crunchy crust and plenty of fresh-tasting toppings. They have a video game room and airhockey table and t.v.s that were tuned to a game show channel. I think the half-price Tuesday special makes this a good destination for families. read more

I don't like complaining but seriously every pizza we order from them is always burnt and the pizza gets hard really fast! Like they say we always make it fresh. Yeah we want that but we don't want burnt pizza. You guys should improve on the crust also. It's so hard to chew on your pizza . read more

DIRTY. No changing table in the bathroom. Pizza was decent though, but couldnt help but imagine how grimey the kitchen is. This is my first review & I'm normally not one to complain. Let's just say there's a HUGE difference in the QUALITY of pizza & customer service between the pizza at Cherokee Lane, to the one on Kettleman Lane... I returned the pizza from Cherokee & placed a new order at the Kettleman Lane location. When I called about the quality of the pizza, I was told if I bring it back in, I'd get my money back OR I could get a free medium pizza for my next order. I take it back & then am told I couldn't just my money back because there was 1 or 2 pieces missing! HA!! -- The ones my kids started eating before I got to the table & then saw it & then decided to call?? I think not, demanded my money back! && then was told I could never order from there again-- hilarious, like I'd be missing out! ---mind you the ONLY reason I ordered from their location is because my husband was on that side of town & he asked me to.. The "person in charge" said more, but it was nonsense. LET THE PICTURES DO THE TALKING-- The only difference from the way I ordered them is, I added pineapple to half of the pizza at the Kettleman Ln. location. read more

Such amazing pizza! Solid pizza. I got the Tuscan one and DAMN it was soooo good! I've had hit or miss experiences with other pizza places. You just can't go wrong with Mountain Mike's Pizza! Super generous with toppings, as well as aesthetically pleasing. My delivery even arrived a bit early. Very polite driver, and courteous. I know where I'll be getting pizza from now on! read more

I made an order for 2 pizzas and a salad. The "salad" consisted of 2 carrots 3 pieces of cucumber, a bunch of noodles, a bunch of beans ( kidney and green beans) lettuce and packaged crackers. Last time I ordered a salad, which was much larger then this "single serve" I didn't order. Plus it came with an actual salad and not noodles, beans, and lettuce. I spent a good deal of money for garbage. read more

Went there today. The pizza was o.k. Nothing as good as the one in Manteca. The building was kind of worn down looking. Hopefully they remodel soon!!! Looks like new stores going in all around. I would probably go back when things start looking more clean. read more

Good people, fresh and hot food... 2 choices for MM Piza in Lodi, this one is way better than the one on Kettleman.

Why is it the store on Cherokee in Lodi can't put any sausage on the pizza's that are supposed to have it in them. Did they run out of it? Why???? read more

They have by far the best salad bar! They have these delicious pre-made salads that are so unique to have at a salad bar. Their salad bar blows the Kettleman's mountain mikes out of the water! The Mountain Mike's on Kettleman always has old vegetables. Also, this Cherokee Mike's has very polite employees compared to the Kettleman one as well! read more

Poor customer service The pizza here used to be a lot better. Crust tasted like it was freezer burned and topping were mediocre. Salad bar was very dirty as well. When I asked to box my left over up the girl took it next to the cash register let it sit there for 5 min while taking someone's order!!! Hacking on my food and serving beer over it. I lost it that's when I asked to speak to someone in charge no one was available so I then told her to keep my food and walked out NEVER AGAIN LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD read more

Really great customer service! Interacted with about 4 different employees and they were all so nice!

Mountain Mike's makes magnificent meals most of the time. Buffet Buffoons should bring their business. Locals love the lunch buffet! Pepperoni is placed perfectly on each pie for pretty presentation. Super cinnamon slices are served as a sweet sensation. The scrumptious salad succumbs to a second serving by me, specially the spud salad. Rarely do I radiantly rave about rabbit rations. Consequently, I currently complain about the crunchy cardboard crust. The notorious nothingness never navigates flavor, nicking the nevertheless nice rating down a notch. Otherwise, overall outstanding! read more
