They were discriminating against my friend all because her card didn't go through because she has a new card. They hung up on her and repeatedly put her on hold like they were busy on a Tuesday night. We called back thinking they just got Disconnected and the girl threw back so much attitude. Kept telling her to hold on for her information telling her if her id doesn't match her card he's gonna have to take our over priced pizza and leave. Excuse me. Unfortunately I can't give this location more than a star. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but we ordered garlic sticks with cheese, and they brought out bread-sticks with very, very little cheese or garlic sauce. I asked about it and was told they only use 2 oz. of cheese, and they did not offer to fix it. Um, if I have to ask for more cheese just throw on some more cheese. Ever heard of customer service? To top that off, they did not give us marinara or ranch sauce as shown in the pictures. I asked for the marinara (ranch was in the salad bar), and they gave us ice cold marinara. I'm not sure but I think it might be a health hazard to eat marinara sauce uncooked.... I wasn't going to bring up another complaint for fear of them tampering with our food, so I just took it and we did not eat any of it. Satisfy your customers and you might keep more of them. Not a bad place. Food was quick, delicious, and hot. Great salad bar. It had a variety of 5 different salad types, from pasta salad to Greek with feta cheese, to regular salad. Went to lunch buffet. $30 bucks for two adults and two kids?WTF? Salad was ok. Pizza was gross, no cheese and over cooked. Now on the rest; the tables don't seem to have been cleaned since I came here last in 1989. The games seem to be the same ones as in '89 also. No scores will display. I like their pizza buffet lunches. Salad bar and pizza is what you would expect at a lunch buffet. Salad bar is OK. Plenty of pizza slices to choose from. If there is a favorite pizza you like, ask them to make you one and before long it will be on the selection counter. The management seems to be very accommodating. Been coming here since I was born. The owner is awesome and very accommodating. The lunch buffet is cheap and he always asks what pizza we would like to have out there! This location is the original mountain mikes in Lodi and has no affiliation to the one on kettleman. It has an old homie feel and the food is always top notch! If you haven't been here come try it! Thus establishment and the people in it seem tired. When we arrived it was dark and none of the outside lights were on. We thought they were closed but the door opened so we went on in. We ordered a Lg combo and drinks. Hardly any people there on a Sat night. Red flag. Pizza came out, dough over crisped on the bottom, but undercooked under the sauce. Oven temp too high? Ingredients tasted "meh ok". Mebbe they were fresh yesterday. For my taste there was too much dough for the amount of toppings, so I scraped about half the toppings off the dough, cut the naked dough off and tossed it. Perhaps this was a result of the dough being undercooked, I dunno. $27 for two adults (Pizza / one trip salad bar / sodas) not horrible but there are better places around, so we will not likely return. read more

Worst delivery experience ever! Food took an hour and they are less than a few blocks away. Staying in hotel and ordered garden salad, meatball sub and lasagna. It arrives with one fork. Meatball sub was a French bread pizza with hard disks on top that I guess must have some connection to meatballs. Garden salad had not a single piece of lettuce in sight: potato salad, macaroni salad, 3 bean salad all there. Lasagna tasted like Stouffers frozen. Save your money and eat a bowl of cereal or if you are in a hotel like me, give up and grab the stale chips from the car. You are better off. read more
