Blah! The worst experience i ever had there and havent been back since. It was a couple months ago but i still remember it! Ordered over the phone, got there and there was about 5 people in line but i still had to wait in line to pay. After all those people were not only helped but also served their food and left i asked how much longer. The lady had the nerve to ask what i ordered. Gave her my receipt and she went to the back, manager came to me and said idk what happened but we will make it for you right now. Ordered the buffalo chipotle fries n my wife got the regular buffalo fries. Really loved the chicken and the sauce was really tangy with a kick cause of the chipotle. I love this location! The staff there is always friendly. However, the manager (I think she's the manager) is amazing! She always makes sure our order is correct and never serves anything less than their best. If she notices the order has too little cheese, she'll send it back on her own and get us more cheese. You can really tell that she does the most for her customers. The food is always great, never had any issues here. The buffalo spot is definitely a must! read more

As far as buffalo wings goes, this place is pretty good. I had their buffalo wing fries with "special sauce" on the side. Their hot is so not hot at all. I tried their atomic sauce for their wings, and it tasted like tapatio. The service was definitely what you'd expect from a food chain. The cashier was talking to her friends asking them about their adventures while taking my order. She messed up a couple times, and totally ignored me when I asked her to add my five star number.
