One employee there grunts, and complains about everything to the customers. He is unbelievable slow and rude. He actually threw the package down on the counter. Other employees have mentioned this employee, problems and complaints but, yet nothing is done. I do my best to avoid UPS at this location. A second employee is fast and courteous and a delight to work with. I have asked many of the shippers I work with to utilize Fedex instead of UPS.

Told him I would be coming in from Bloomington then 40 miles away bringing truck. I get there and asked the sales people to help me with the two chairs I was interested in and that Chris said he would provide me the sale price. Well no one could give me what the prices were, asked me if I had taken in pictures, or I could wait as the possibly find the old sale signs in the trash. I was like what the heck I wasted two hours and gas on this poor service. Will never step in this store again.

All I wanted to do was exchange for new chair.Staples salesman fail to tell me of this very limited warranty. Told me they had good luck with this computer chair as far as quality. They are all a bunch of goddamn liars. This store only worries about sales and no after the sales service. There just a bunch of very greedy people.
