After my initial plan for storage fell apart, I actually feel very lucky to have found Storage Masters, which I was only vaguely aware of, but which is located exactly 3 miles away from my home. I have to move a massive amount of contents from my home while it goes through a renovation that could last as long as 6 or 7 months. I feel so fortunate and lucky that Storage Masters is where I have ended up with a storage unit. Barb, the manager, was so helpful and so thorough explaining everything to me, and for some things, a second time, due to my never having had to rent a storage unit until rather late in my life. The on site manager Barbara Davis has always been very professional and keeps our rentals in good shape and repairs are done well and quickly when needed. Storage Masters @ West Main is a great facility. Located on the outskirts of Decatur, the lockers are very easy accessible and the location is nice and secure. Barb, the manager showed me around and was very polite. We looked at a few different lockers to find the one that would fit my needs.
