Virtually everything they moved was scratched or gouged because they put our furniture in a storage unit and it was not stacked properly nor protected. They put a heavy metal toolbox on top of our dining room table. Our bedroom set was tipped on edge directly on concrete. The mattresses were shoved on top of everything and our 55" TV was tossed on top of that. Nearly everything was just shoved into a location where it would fit without regard to proper storage and handling practices. The owner agreed to repay to cover for the damages but has yet to send any money. Now they won't even return calls. Looks like legal intervention is past due.

Locate a number only to put into an endless phone cue. Emailed the office on Friday, receive a phone call on Saturday that payment must be made in person by 6pm that day or be subject to late fees. No on is in the office again until Tuesday. Penalize a person because your site isn't taking payments and you don't have normal business hours.
