Our Storage Master staff member was Michael. Not only was he kind and patient with explaining things multiple times but he was very professional! The whole process was fast and fabulous and not at all painful. He helped in so many ways and explained everything so well. The storage units are sooooo clean and well kept. Everything smells wonderful. Security with cameras everywhere made me feel very secure with leaving my mom's things there. The cost was a factor also. This place is convenient for me, but not only that, the staff is very friendly and always willing to accommodate. They also will call me if my payment is past due but before the late penalty kicks in just to save me having to pay the extra charge. Most places won't go to that trouble. read more
