Mervin knew exactly what I wanted and even offered a suggestion I hadn't thought of. The contractor he recommended to do the gravel pad was so meticulous, I was glad I didn't try to tackle it myself. When my 16X24 garage was delivered the crew worked in a way that there was absolutely no time wasted and the jobsite was immaculate when they left. The fit and finish are so much better than what you'd see at the lots with a few different sized sheds on display. Visit Miller's lot outside Arthur and you'll see the craftsmanship in everything they build.

This place has a mouse problem. They chewed up my things and went to the bathroom on everything…read more When told of the problem, the manager said "hey its outside what you expect". I even had to ask the office for broom for the mouse turds and they just laughed. I've never had mice at any other storage facility and I've been renting them my entire life. They also have wasps. When asked to remove the nests several times so wasn't attacked getting in my unit, nothing happened. I had to wait til the winter to get into my unit. That's when I saw the mouse damage. They gave me an end unit that had no lighting above it and a broke fence behind leading into some shady woods . They say they are a safe storage facility and that's laughable. Even though it's 7 dollars cheaper a month than the storage facilities in the area it is not worth this mess. Also no one covers rodent damage. Insurance companies don't cover that sort of damage and the insurance that many facilities sell doesn't cover it either. It's an impossible situation.

Upon arriving, the code provided did not work and it took 45 mins to get to the unit. The maintenance guy came around with a dog. Once I opened the unit, I was shocked and appalled at what I saw. The ceiling was falling in and what looked like bed bug shells were present. I emailed the owner and explained my dissatisfaction with the unit. Instead of offering a new unit (glad he didn't), he refunded me my money without issues. Be Aware of this storage location

It was an all day job and not an easy one but they were cheerful and hard working. I would highly recommend these guys because they are professionals and honest and hard working.
