The staff was knowledgable and courtious. My units were ready when the movers arrived from Ohio and promptly placed in the warehouse after being packed. When it was time to have my units delivered to my new home, it was easy to arrange and the units were delivered exactly when I expected them. Nothing was damaged. Their rental agreement says that they don't cover any damage to property. Go figure. I'm trying to see what is salvageable and what isn't, but it looks like I'm going to have to buy new furniture--a moving cost I wasn't planning to incur. Don't put yourself in the same situation I'm in--rent a storage unit from somewhere else!

Upon arriving, the code provided did not work and it took 45 mins to get to the unit. The maintenance guy came around with a dog. Once I opened the unit, I was shocked and appalled at what I saw. The ceiling was falling in and what looked like bed bug shells were present. I emailed the owner and explained my dissatisfaction with the unit. Instead of offering a new unit (glad he didn't), he refunded me my money without issues. Be Aware of this storage location

WTH they send the reminder email but couldn't send anything to let me know my about this. The clerk was rude the only good advice that was provided she recommended Red Dot storage. They had plenty the process took less than 6 minutes easier and cheaper to rent. I wouldn't recommend this U-Haul to anyone.
