Their rental agreement says that they don't cover any damage to property. Go figure. Upon arriving, the code provided did not work and it took 45 mins to get to the unit. The maintenance guy came around with a dog. Once I opened the unit, I was shocked and appalled at what I saw. The ceiling was falling in and what looked like bed bug shells were present. I emailed the owner and explained my dissatisfaction with the unit. Instead of offering a new unit (glad he didn't), he refunded me my money without issues. Be Aware of this storage location

This company is fairly new, so there have been some issues here and there as they nail down their billing and scheduling (which is to be expected for a new company). However, where they excel at, has been the value their services provide and their willingness to communicate. First, let's talk cost. I get (3) 95 Gallon trash cans picked up for a fraction of the price GFL and other providers would charge. Where I live, to simply have (1) single 95 gallon Trash Can would cost me $220 Quarterly. That's almost $74.00 per month for ONE can. Each additional can is another $7.00 per month. So my total would be $234 Quarterly. That's $78.00 a month for (3) 95 gallon cans. Absolutely Outrageous. Now add to that, these prices for GFL and others seem to keep raising 10-20 bucks a year. I have 0 doubt that we'll be seeing $300 in the next few years. Dawdy has been a huge relief in this regard. Lastly let's talk communication. Any time I have had an issue or needed clarification, Dawdy has been more then happy to work with me to make it right. Be that a missed pick up due to earlier than expected services, or a question with billing. They have been more than happy to assist. I would wholly recommend this company to anyone looking.
