The staff does a great job communicating and being friendly. I believe the owner either recently had a baby or was going to be having one. They were still very much on top of things throughout the process. The space inside is very well kept from everything I have seen so far. Only small complaint is that if you are moving in with a large moving truck, you will likely have to circle around if anyone wants to get out. However, for all I know this could be a very typical thing in terms of indoor storage. Besides that, everything has been great! read more

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating here. There are several reasons I would highly recommend Professional Self Storage. 10 foot ceilings are available as an option. I wanted to store my over 8 ft couch on its end and with out these high ceilings that would not be possible. Instead if you can figure out how to stack your furniture vertically, it saves so much floor space! You can also drive your truck right through the building so if it's raining, in the heat of summer or in the dead of winter with snow on the ground or freezing cold temperatures you can unload, load, etc. protected from the elements. I also just can't say enough about their flexibility in working with me to find the right size unit at the right time.
