I should have just called Contractors Disposal and had a conversation about why I believed my driveway should be repaired. writing the first negative review was my mistake, and I'm writing a second review to update readers on what has transpired over the last two days and correct things that I wrote out of my frustration with how Sundown Exteriors was treating me. Now that I had a face-to-face conversation with the President and owner of Contractors Disposal Jason Heitze who took time out of his busy workday to talk to me in person, which I have mad respect for and I consider him a business owner who cares what his customers think and is willing to make tough decisions once he has all the facts. As I said, Jason just showed up on my doorstep wanting to personally look at my driveway and have a better understanding of how my driveway was installed and it gave him the opportunity to see how I care for my property and why I was so adamant that this damage should be repaired. Most importantly he empathized with what I was going through and made a business decision to not only call someone on the spot to come look at my driveway for repair, but he had them the same day to look at it then the following day they repaired the driveway damage, and it looks amazing. I would do business with a company like Contractors Disposal in a heartbeat since they're willing to listen and make corrections if they think it's warranted. The key is they will listen when most companies run from disagreements. It speaks volumes about Jason. If you need any of the services from Contractors Disposal don't hesitate to reach out to them, with an owner like Jason involved, you're in good hands.
