This company came out quick but proceeded to ghost me for two weeks regarding the installation of my air pump. After that long of a wait, I decided to call R & L after seeing them at my neighbors house. I explained I needed a new air pump. I unfortunately can't remember who exactly I spoke to, but they were honest and told me it was an easy fix and that I could do it myself to save money. They told me the exact pump I needed and where to get it from. I had the pump in less than 48 hours from the dealer and install took less than ten minutes. It was as easy as they said it would be. R&L saved me about $150 with their honesty and also did mention I could call or text with any questions. I will definitely use them in the future for any problems that may arise.

My issues were so severe, I was having to limit water usage at my house. Mike came out and did a thorough review and honestly laid out my options. He proposed a solution that saved me at least $5,000. He quickly lined up a required subcontractor needed for some of the work and at the first opportunity, the crews were hard at work. They finished in one afternoon and he even threw in removing a bush that I had hated since I moved in. I can't recall a time in which I had better response and service from a contractor. I told Mike I would be a reference for life and I most certainly will. Replacing a sewer line is a daunting and costly project but Mike Capodice took the pain out of the process and did so at a remarkably fair price.
