Had trouble finding filters at 1st, then they stopped carrying the unit we had put in and filter prices went up. The last straw was it started to leak for some reason. Tried to find someone to install a new RO but wasn't able to get anyone out to do. I purchased another RO but it wouldn't fit under sink. Matt came out and went over the costs and what options we had as to where to put their unit. Their unit is a 4 filter system and they come out annually to change filters for a reasonable fee. Bob (his Dad) installed the unit in our pantry. He has a wealth of knowledge w/ all his yrs of experience. Need an RO? Call them...

Each time she has been prompt, professional and proficient. She communicates well, is courteous and efficient, and keeps everything tidy. I do quite a bit of home improvement work and have fairly high standards, and it has been difficult to find a plumbing service in the Peoria area that we trust. Now our "guy" for plumbing is Heather Eash and we wouldn't think of calling anyone else!

After 10 years of renting a water softener from this company...by the way, they've never come to do…read morean annual checkup like they should but I let that go...their equipment explodes on me and since they won't do business after 4:00, I had to call a plumber to come fix the problem, which cost me $275. But instead of making it right, the owner, Bob Krause, who called me back five days later, tells me that it's not his problem whatsoever and will not be reimbursing me for the damage that his equipment caused. I expect this from big businesses but not from local. I've yanked my service and will be headed elsewhere. Do not do business with these people.
