When i didn't respond they followed up a couple of days, then waited. They were willing to come out for an estimate on Monday, but I wasn't available. scheduled for Wed. Dustin reviewed what I needed (answering all my questions) , but did not have the parts on his truck. We agreed on a price and that he would come back the next day. Apparently the next day they ran into unexpected issues on the job before me. Let me know and we rescheduled for Friday. Job was done promptly first thing in the morning. Quick and efficient - cleand the area up completely. Workers were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. The delays dropped them from a 5 star rating.

I was quoted $169 by 3 other plumbers. The Tiger technician returned and offered to repair for $200. My question is why was I told it would cost $500 to begin with when obviously they could've done the job for $200!!! Tiger was trying to take advantage of me being a single woman and I don't appreciate that! Save your time and money, call a LOCAL plumber instead!

Unprofessional and Unreliable…read more We needed work done in our basement bathroom in an older home. Initially, Greg was polite and accommodating. He sent his apprentice to provide a bid, which seemed reasonable, so we scheduled the job. On the day of the appointment, Greg called, bombarding me with complaints and questions about the job--an immediate red flag. It became clear that his apprentice had never followed up after the bid, leaving Greg unprepared. While I understand his frustration, it was not my responsibility, nor was it appropriate for him to take it out on me. When he arrived, he took one look at the bathroom and refused to do the job as discussed, claiming it had been underbid. His demeanor was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. When I pushed back against his snarky attitude, he escalated the situation further, accusing me of being out of line. At that point, I made it clear we would not be moving forward and asked him to leave. I would never recommend him to anyone. A professional should handle their own staffing and pricing issues without taking their frustrations out on clients. This experience was completely unacceptable. The only positive takeaway is that my wife and I both work at Menards, where we frequently get asked for contractor recommendations. Next time someone asks for a plumber, I will be very clear about who not to recommend.

They do good work (we have used for furnace, A/C, and plumbing (real like plumber Mike). Huge plus: they give you a very narrow window of time when they will show up. If they say they'll be there at noon, they are there at noon or you get a call if they are hung up, which rarely happens. None of this "We'll be there some time in the afternoon" crap.

Appreciate W.M. Masters' reply, but need to fact check a few things. I never denied…read morethere was a leak, refrigerant needed to be added to the system. So, there's a small leak somewhere. That's when I told him I would try to get another year or two out of the coil. Never blamed him for causing another leak, just asked him to be careful handling the tubes because we don't want another leak. Only reason I'm posting this review is because of the a-coil rust. Like you said, I was there when he removed the access panel. I saw no rust anywhere on the coil. He said he noticed the rust. Well if he did, he didn't say anything about it. If it was rusted as shown in the pictures, nobody would have attempted to do a leak test. You would have said your a-coil is shot and needs replaced. Again, never brought it up. Also, never saw you wipe the sprayed liquid off the coil, you just put back on the access cover. All I know is the front of our a-coil is seriously corroded, only the part that was sprayed. Everywhere else on the coil looks new. I wasn't expecting anything out of this posting other than to share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision when looking to hire a company. They certainly can believe what they want. I hold no bad feelings toward W.M. Masters. Cory is a nice young man, and was very respectful. I probably made him nervous following him around like a shadow. Guess I would be too. It's just that we got burnt before by a company charging for work never done. Just wish that the coil was rinsed off of that leak spray before replacing the access panel. Looks like we'll be replacing our AC system sooner than we originally thought.
