I could have bought several gas detectors for that price. Not only that, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them several times (once on 12/24/25 and then again on 2/12/26) to verify they coded the bill right and they refused to return my call and just started jacking on service charges to the bills. The crappy thing is, I had to find this out on my own. The guys shut off the valve. Then never turned it back on. So when I went to turn it on, it flooded the valve box. Called that company and they advised it could've cracked due to another cause (but that's another review for later) getting no help from the egress contractor, I called TCI, they were busy, but said they could get out in two days, they were courteous, accommodating, did quality work, for a reasonable price. They were on time, diagnosed the issue straight away and completed the job quickly (2 hours) I got the bill about a month later. Very reasonable!! Would highly recommend!

After the plumbers left, the toilet would not flushed. They came back and fixed it no problem. But now the toilet is running hot water. About another two weeks later, one of our pipes they did not work on conveniently breaks. They come back out again and say they cannot fix it, but have to replace it for another 900.00. Can't say I recommend them due to all the issues that have occurred since they did the incredibly expensive pipe job originally. And after looking at additional reviews and reddit post about them, they do seem to be a scammy company. I'd recommend a local, non nationwide company.
