We had the same 2 professional and kind technicians both times. They were quick, efficient and courteous. They cleaned the fireplace very well and offered to throw out the old log that was left in there. They even remembered that we had a kiddo who loved watching them and conversed with them. Very kind, very professional and will recommend 100%! They will be the ones we stick with for all future cleanings.

Husband handled 95% of the experience and it was excellent, they were so helpful and renovated our fireplace so it's now remote control operated (read: idiot proof!) and clean and no carbon monoxide! Just SO pleased with the service and the fact that they treated us like valued customers and got us set u for this season even though we waited until November to call. Frankly I'm so happy my 16 year old senior cat is back to her spot in front of the fireplace.
