I rented a unit here for some items from my home I called and told them when I went there the roof was leaking his reply was "I can't get there because it's Friday it will have to wait till Monday" I went to go move my items later to discover that a dresser is warped and leather couch has mold all over it so I called and he said to call my insurance company he said it was my fault that my items were ruined he hung up on me several times I'd like to know how it's my fault that THEIR unit roof leaked and ruined my furniture the gentleman is rude and has no business sense and refuses to discuss anything having to do with this problem so I called the Better Business Bureau and called him and told him that even if he would have said "I'm sorry "and maybe some money off my bill or payment for the couch or maybe it can be cleaned that could have solved the problem but but since you prepay he does not care I would never use this storage place and I would not recommend it to anybody else I told the Better Business Bureau I don't even want any money back I just want everyone to know not to deal with Morton's best storage because of the issues that I have had and I want everybody else to know what could occur there if they choose to store their items in this facility read more

Nice space, reasonably priced. I like that it allows for month to month contracts. Art is a very friendly fella and a pleasure to work with.
