The place reminds me of a mid-lifer's garage sale in that it has a little bit of everything, with a wider selection of kitchen and home goods. Like Big Lots, Deals, and Dollar General in the same area, it has discounted (but new) items. It's a crapshoot on any given day whether you find something that sparks your interest, but if you do, then you walk out feeling like you found a diamond in the rough. For me, this usually involves kitchen appliances, bakeware, cat toys, pillows, socks, or candles. I generally see elders as the most populous shoppers here, although the place is a chain that caters to mid-life folks as well. And then there are the few younger folks who venture in every now and again. A good place to add to a day of thrift store shopping when you have some extra time, as it's rather unique in lay-out and inventory.

I think due to the economy the employees are instructed to deny all possible returns. Therefore if you buy from them do not expect them to honor the warranty.

She is short so a necessary hem was warranted, bought the dress off Amazon, the dress not only needed a hem but the straps taken in and it has a slight train on it with mid leg slit. Train was supposed to be removed and slight adjustment to the leg slit. She charged me $60 @ time of drop off and thru a fit when I told her when we needed the dress picked up. Which was a month time. Picked the dress up yesterday and the only thing she did was front hem and strap adjustments. Not taking the train off or adjusting the leg slit and still charged me the full price quoted. Do in total I paid $120 and only half the work was done that was marked to be completed. They then proceeded to sell me an extended warranty in case it happened in the future. Of course, it did and they will not approve the claim. Now, Ashley is passing the buck and saying it's a third party warranty and there's nothing they can do. The sofa is garbage and not even paid off yet. DO NOT waste your money on this furniture and especially the extended warranty. They are liars and thieves.
