He failed to ask if I needed assistance. Suffice it to say, it was easier to locate the product myself, as I could not find an employee to direct me. My main frustration was at the check out. The cashier asked me three times if I wanted an extended warranty-my reply of no just once should have been sufficient. I realize that cashiers are trained-and he was doing his job. I was frustrated because he stopped ringing me up and was waiting for my response-again and again. I happened to be in a hurry-and that only added to my frustration. Virtually everything they moved was scratched or gouged because they put our furniture in a storage unit and it was not stacked properly nor protected. They put a heavy metal toolbox on top of our dining room table. Our bedroom set was tipped on edge directly on concrete. The mattresses were shoved on top of everything and our 55" TV was tossed on top of that. Nearly everything was just shoved into a location where it would fit without regard to proper storage and handling practices. The owner agreed to repay to cover for the damages but has yet to send any money. Now they won't even return calls. Looks like legal intervention is past due.
