Disgusting airport dining with an ice box flair to it. Cheese tastes of plastic. One person on the oven & just one cash register at a major airline in a sprawling airport. Long wait.

Tried out this pizza spot in the Chicago airport when I was traveling through. This place had a LONGGGGG line so I figured it had to be great, and the pizza smelled amazing! I will say this pizza was good, but not worth the wait the price or the hassle in the airport. I would pick up something more convenient instead. Good pizza, but nothing special!

Excellent quality pizza and wraps, located in the first half of Terminal #1. These folks really pay attention to the detail by using fresh vegetables and making everything fresh for you. The Fennel Sausage pizza was really tasty and prepared perfectly. Cooking it in the fire oven right in front of you is a nice touch.

Really friendly employees at this location, kudos to them because despite non stop traffic, I saw my cashier with a smile. Very efficient kitchen staff I didn't wait too long for the pizza. Got the BBQ chicken pizza, which was super tasty, hot out the oven, but I wish I got the classic pepperoni. Very generous portion for one person. Not THEEEE best pizza in the world, but on this side of the B concourse, it's not a bad option!

This is my second visit here. This time I got the Farmer's cheese toast. The tomatoes on top were seasoned which I think, makes a big difference. I added hot pepper flakes since I like spice. The toast they used was a tasty and thick whole grain bread. Would order again. First time I got pizza with the works (sausage, red pepper, onion) which was delicious. Both visits were great. Looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future.

The Bronze Pizza was nearby our boarding gate B6, the entire place looked packed with diners, including the bar area, and the order line was long. They looked full. So, the decision was to eat here. We didn't have time to eat a "Chicago" pizza in the city, but figured before leaving for San Diego, get something in to say we did. Not able to compare the pizza to anything, but from what others that have eaten Chicago pizza (deep dish), Bronze pizza was on the thin side. Not beefy at all. But then again, it's airport pizza. Can't knock it too much. Plus we were hungry. Bronze pizza did the job. More on the salty side, but it did its job. Not much to highlight on staff. Definitely had a good amount working this evening. They too, did their job.

Okay service - the person working the register seemed to be irritated by everything including the customers. The space itself is relatively small and there seem to be some operational opportunities - such as putting the menu above the register so customers know what their options are when ordering. The product itself - I had a pepperoni pizza - is good and was worth the wait since it was freshly made, which is really the saving grace for this review. The price is high but you're in an airport so it's to be expected.

This place took over Wolfgang puck in the airport. It's still a pizza place with wraps and salads and a few grab and go items. You order with the cashier. Just know during peak times the wait for pizza is long so I decided on a jerk chicken wrap. It looked delicious but there was barely any chicken and mainly filled with lettuce. It's airport prices so what can you do.

    Undercooked raw dough pizza

Save yourself the gut ache and pass on this place. They cook the pizza if you even want to call it that for maybe 2 minutes and while the crust may look appealing. Trust me it is not. The entire bottom is raw dough. The texture alone will want to make you vomit but it's just completely inedible. I ate the small edge pieces that were somewhat done just to eat something before my flight but the majority went straight in the trash. Go Anywhere else than here!

Beware: Normal line lead to 30 min lag between order placed and food, in an airport. Literally watched multiple people abandon their orders.

The staff were really welcoming, for an early morning. I got the hot chocolate. Honestly that's exactly what I needed that morning. It had that real Mexican chocolate taste. Thick, creamy, smooth and rich. The cinnamon came through warm but not too strong, plus a little extra on top that hit your nose before the first sip. Sweet and it almost had this slight earthy note too... hard to explain but good. It even had that little design on top, like the ones they do on cappuccinos. Didn't expect that but it was cool. I finished it slow. Didn't wanna rush it. Just sat there taking small sips and enjoying it while it was still hot.

They also have a patio, and with the weather being nice, it was easy to just sit outside and relax for a while. I was honestly too hungry to spend much time deciding, so I just ordered one of the sourdough donut ball. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The outside had a light coating of sugar that gave it just the right amount of sweetness without being too much. Once I bit into it, the inside was soft, airy, and slightly chewy from the sourdough, which made it different from a regular donut. There was a subtle tang from the sourdough that balanced the sweetness really well, so it never felt overly sugary. It had a light crispness on the outside, then a warm, pillowy center that practically melted away with each bite. I finished it way faster than I expected. The only thing I forgot was ordering something to drink with it. Looking back, a good coffee would've made it even better. Still, I'd definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area.

Set in an old warehouse that is now an art gallery event space and restaurant nestled in an older warehouse district in Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago. Beautiful decor and laid out perfectly. The natural wood floors furniture ie tables chairs etc and iron work throughout sets the ambiance for old meets new. It works. The wide spacing between tables makes for a comfortable dining experience. So many folks come in to do their work and dine here. What a super addition to the neighborhood that less than a decade ago was essentially a street that was more a run down semi-truck alley. Great menu with neighborhood favorites leaning toward the old school Italian dishes. Sandwiches, soups, salads, and breakfasts just to name a few are all excellent. The pastries are insane and a must take home deal. I love the American Breakfast. Three eggs your way, thick diced America potatoes, thick cut bacon, and sourdough toast. Accompanied by what I believe to be home made jelly and for sure homemade gardiniera. Caruso's gardiniera actually. Diced into a relish unlike most standard gardiniera it's easier to eat with many dishes. Excellent flavor and just the right kick to it. FYI Dolce Arte also sells a to go line of homemade Caruso products from their gardiniera to past and past sauces and more. Yes, their coffee is really good too. Lavazza products I believe. The service is always on point. Casual but on point. Very friendly staff from diverse backgrounds. This is the place you bring people close to you, business lunches, meetings, formal ir informal, or like me, save it for myself as my own getaway spot. It's an artists dream and sets a positive time for any gathering.
