I am IPA guy but the day we came, there were none on the menu, so I got a Santa's Cookie's stout to start which was pretty good. I also got a San Jacinto Warrior which they call a "Texican" style, and it was ok. For lunch I got a Paradise Burger that come with Sidewinder fries. The Paradise burger is a tri-tip beef patty w/ grilled pineapple, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, and provolone cheese. It comes with a Korean sauce, but I got it without. The patty was a little thicker than i usually like, but the burger was really good. The sidewinder fries are basically curly steak fries.
