Pupusas are one of my favorite Central American dishes, and I eat them in the markets each summer when I'm traveling in Central America. They come stuffed with refried beans, pulled pork, and cheese (I get mine without cheese, which they're happy to accommodate). On Mondays, pupusas are on special for $1 each, otherwise they're $1.50 each. Two or three are enough to stuff you. Save room for an empanada if you want a sweet treat. Who knew I'd find legit pupusas in Logan, Utah?!? We're considering moving here for Utah State, but Oasis Food is a major selling point.

The salsa is really good, I would stick to the green sauce if you're like me and can't handle really spicy but if you like spicy they have two more types of sauce that are more spicey. The people working the taco truck are really nice and personable as well. No complaints!
