Let me start off, the food here was amazing and I came back here to try more items during my short…read morestay at Whistler. I tried the below items - Provision egg sandwich (9/10) the fried poached egg was a nice texture and super yummy, but one egg is a bit little - Crispy Parmesan Chicken sandwich (9/10): amazing sandwich and huge portion, but can get a bit heavy after awhile - passion fruit cruffins (7.5/10) very nice pastry to try recommended by the cashier, but definitely super messy to eat - Truffle fries (10/10) MUST GET! - Lavender matcha (9/10) I really appreciate how they were able to minimally sweeten my matcha because I just like a tiny hint of sweetness - matcha latte (9/10) - chicken salad sandwich (8/10) very refreshing - blueberry sweet cream cold brew (8/10) refreshing and not too sweet Highly recommend this place for the food but it's always packed. Both times we were able to get a table but the tables are so crowded.

Eventually one opened up outside. But there were quite a few parties just chilling at the tables without food or drink. This could be managed a bit better for guests already with food. I tried the maple matcha. I didn't see a regular one. But i Think I would prefer a non sweetened version. I'm site they have it. Otherwise it was super tasty. I also tried the provisions breakfast sandwich with a crispy poached egg. It should come with a warning label because the yolk really pops and can create quite a mess. We also enjoyed a morning bun. It's citrusy, sweet, crunchy, perf morning treat! Overall if we hadn't hit the rush it would have been a perfect experience.

This was a great find while passing through Squamish this summer! It's an interesting place with…read morekind of an old-time homey feel to the decor, and they also sell some Italian groceries which you can browse while waiting in line. The menu has an Italian and Greek touch. They also have a full coffee menu, and I noticed the tea selection was especially impressive with quality brands. I got a green olive sandwich, which was an interesting combination of hummus, fig spread and fresh figs, olives, and arugula on a pita. I thought it worked surprisingly well! The overall flavour profile of the sandwich was savoury - the figs didn't stand out as sweet when combined with the other ingredients. I also got an iced tea (lapsang souchong - a tea that I really like but rarely see in tea shops) and what they called an "ugly but beautiful" cookie. I don't know what the type of cookie is actually called, but it seemed like a meringue-based biscotto with crunchy nuts inside. It was good - I liked the texture! I liked how they decorated the store, it had a homey vintage look. They were swamped when we visited but the staff was very pleasant nonetheless!

It was stacked with plenty of meat! I wish it had a bit more of the veg, but it was quite filling with all the meat. The brown sugar hojicha was pretty good. Even though it had a brown sugar syrup, it wasn't too sweet. Overall, it was a great snack and I'd probably stop by again (:

My goal for our trip was to find the best poutine and I found it here! We started out with one serving of poutine and while we were eating it, we found ourselves more hungry than we thought. We decided to order the burger and then another order of the poutine fries. The server was so nice, I wish I remembered her name. The service was quick and the food was hot. The burger was fantastic!Poutine was not what I was expecting, it was even better! The fries were hot as well as the gravy and the cheese curds were starting to melt a little. 100% will be back before heading back to the states just for their poutine!

Brownie was warm, soft in the middle with just the right amount of chocolate and nicely puffed and the ice cream on top was super creamy and rich with chocolate sauce- the mix of hot and cold was good. Portion was a lot too for the price. I would recommend to not have too much of whipped cream as it makes dessert heavy. The vibe of the place is pretty chill, surrounded with nature , mountains and felt totally local. Service was friendly, nothing fancy but the staff felt relaxed and easy going and helpful. They didn't mind us taking our time either in selecting from menu. Clean ambience and good vibes. Overall it feels like a nice little local spot to grab dessert or even just hang out with friends. I'd go back next time to try different signature dishes of the restaurant.
