I ordered toast, and the cashier asked him if he could make toast. He scoffed, rolled his eyes hard at me, and gave me a withering stare. Mind you, toast was in stock, on the menu, and this is a bakery at 10:30am. I don't understand why that request was so crazy? He took over the cash register and rushed my mom through the payment process. He pressed buttons to skip sections before she was done reading the payment pad, and said "Too late!" when she got visibly flustered.
