When we crave them, this is where we go, and we'll usually grab some to take home. We've been here several times. It's a great, clean space, though it can get really busy and the line can be long. The way the building is set up also makes it feel like an echo chamber, so it can get pretty loud. We've eaten here a few times and it's been the same experience, so we usually make it a quick stop. On-site parking has been pretty stress-free for us. They have other food too. The breakfast sandwich was okay. It's pretty unique to have something like this up here, and the price is fine for what you're getting. Overall Service: Very polite. Even when they're busy, the staff has always been pleasant. We're definitely coming back when the craving hits.

Great service, great location, and even better coffee!…read more I visit Flight Coffee a few times a month, whether that is a meeting in their surprisingly large seating area or to buy bulk whole-bean coffee. While waiting for your coffee, I highly recommend trying some of their fresh bakery items. Their cronuts are certainly a hit in my household and when I buy a few dozen to take to friends. If sweets aren't your thing, their kitchen also makes savory dishes, mostly bagel sandwiches which are all tasty. I certainly recommend visiting if you're in the area. I am not a huge coffee fan and this place roasts coffee that I actually finish.

Unfortunately, it's rains so we are sitting inside. Our waitress, Alex, was very friendly with some advice on houses for sale in the area. She gave us some great leads to follow. We ordered some drinks like Frozen Berry lemonade and Black tea with apple cinnamon in fresh squeezed lemonade. They come in 16 and 20 oz. glasses. The Berry lemonade was frozen and very delicious. We ordered the Vietnamese Banh Mi with chicken, mixed Berry crepes, and Avocado toast with a fried egg. Everything looked great and tasted awesome. We had a great time talking to the waitress and the guests. We had a wonderful culinary experience. I would recommend that you make reservations on Saturday or Sunday. The inside was full due to the rainy weather. If you're in Wilton you should try the Hilltop, it's good food, good wait service and a family friendly restaurant. Stay safe and eat healthy! Best to you all.
